***Update***On 3 recent visits, I sat in line for over 30 minutes. One visit, no one ever came to the drive thru, and there were a line of cars that eventually started driving off. You can see 2 male workers, and the open light was still on. The last time after sitting in the line for 30 minutes a female employee said they were closing early. Rather than close the line and cut the light the remaining 3 vehicles had to leave without service. This location is severely mismanaged and should be restaffed immediately.It takes over an hour to get through the drive through, and the customer service is horrible. They literally had one car at the window for over 20 minutes. Just ridiculous.
Line was wrapped around the building. After ordering my food I sat there for over 30 minutes. And hour in total. Went to go inside to just buy my food there. Cause I order it 30 minutes ago. The door was locked at 7:45 Pm. With customers inside. I called and they said they was closed. Then told me that, because they are doing to go orders they are behind. . . Instead of taking care of the line that's wrapped around your building and orders you already took. They are making to go orders. . . . Crazy.
Terrible experience. After waiting in drive-thru for 33 minutes (5th car in line), finally getting to speaker-board at 2333 the young lady stated they were "out of food". We'd just heard her give a different excuse to the car in front of us. When questioned that they were "completely out of ALL food" she flippantly responded "that's what I said". Basically they wanted to close 30 min early. This is the 3rd negative experience I've had with this location. I've had several positive over the years but we have noticed that customer service here, over the past 2 years, has declined.
I’m just wondering why this location is always close at the inside? People who decide to go to fast food places like this really need to start demanding better customer service And care. They could at least give some type of courtesy to the customers who want to give their business to places like Taco Bell and at least have a sign up On the door letting them know that they aren’t going to be open at the inside because they don’t feel like it. When you are at your job you are there to do a good one so you can get paid, it seems like these days people are forgetting that I live right up the street And was just trying to take my daughter to the Taco Bell next to us and it was open and instead of letting us know it’s closed for inside dining and clearly aren’t even signs they just stare at me I swear stuff like that can really mess up somebody’s day. The thing is it’s not only on the week ends if Taco Bell dining is going to be closed all the time can someone at least have management make sure there was a sign that says closed inside I know I’m not the only one here’s a picture of both doors that don’t have any indication of them being closed Inside.And we will be back next week to see at leastIf there is a sign in either door letting the people know that they are closed for inside dining
Good food but depends on where you go to. The last time I went I had the worst experience ever. The bag wasn't even from taco bell, the straw smelt like pee because it had already been prepared. And the food isn't as good there too.
If you are closing early due to staff shortage, turn the lights off and attempt to block the drive through. IF YOU ARE CLOSING EARLY THEN POST IT LARGE FOR CARS TO SEE. we waited in the line for 10pm just to be told RIGHT as we pull up at 6:00pm they closed.this place exudes plain poor management and now I see why this place is short staffed.
Waited in line for 35min. With 8 other vehicles and finally get the front and get told the computer wont take anymore orders. Very slow. And this would be my 4th time trying this taco bell. Do not go there. They close early alot. Be worn.
I understand most places are short staffed now due to Covid. However, this place took 41 minutes for 1 Bean burrito, no drink. The restaurant was not clean and staff wasn't very curtious.
BEWARE!!! They will tell you that your credit car transaction failed and ask for cash. When you check your credit card statement a charge from Taco Bell will show - which means somebody at the stole the cash that was given.Total SCAM!!!On duty manager was useless and will accuse you if trying to get a free meal.BEWARE!!!! Do not let them scam you!!!!
