Absolutely horrible customer service and they will lock the doors to the dining room in the middle of the day like other people have said. I would not recommend you eating at any Taco Bell they own.

Went to the a Taco Bell on Sunrise in RR! Go to drive thru, wanted to substitute grated cheese for the liquid cheese and was told there would be a 0.45 cent up charge to do so. I explained to him that they had never done that before (I go to that Taco Bell 3-4 times a week). He then argued with me about it. I asked him if he was actually going to argue with me about that and he snapped back that he was not arguing. I told him to cancel the order. I drive around to the parking lot, went inside to talk to the manager and was greeted by a very rude employee by the name of Nicholas who told me he would NOT be serving me and that I should leave (with customers in the restaurant). I told him that I would be calling corporate to report him and the incident. His response was “I hope I do lose my job”! Very bad service and very rude, incompetent employees!!! I will be contacting someone at Tacala further!! Stay away from that particular store. Taco Bell has never been the same since the Doziers left the business!

The RM pfugerville store the busiest one that I know and still by far the best service happy always funny themanagers and employees always fast to fix and make my order right when ever anything is not as expected Mr Jay Serrano very fast and professional. Not one negative thing to say

Great company to work for. All of their staff is friendly and easy to work with. They pay very fast for services and all of the store managers, area coaches, and market coaches are very professional and friendly.

Guy was on his phone mid service and pretended we werent there. Messed up our order because he was also busy on a phone call!Kept interupting me, and wouldnt let myself finish explaining that i dont want certain things on my nachos. Not a great experience honestly. Which is a shame, i used to work for a taco bell in temple, and we would never do that when there are customers in the lobby. Even swore after he noticed we were waiting for our drink cup.Such a dissapointment really..

Terrible experience with the store on Parmer. Contacted the store multiple times and always ignored. Not sure how feedback flows to corporate but it’s not working.

Were you aware or do you even care that the Taco Bell on S Walnut in New Braunfels has been locking all the doors to the restaurant with patrons inside when they are busy??? So, NOT eating there again. SMH

Angela was helpful. The Marble Falls Taco Bell needs work though.

Just stopped by the 183 location in North Austin at 6:40 p.m on a weekday and all the doors are locked. No signs on the doors as to why they were closed.
