Horrible!! They can't multitask. No hello, no Ill be right with you. Nothing!! Walked out after waiting 15mins and 3 people ahead of me. One person makes walking in orders and the other makes all of the cut the line orders. While there the guy went back to get some gloves and it took him 5 mins to find them. Never been to a Subway like this and will never go back

I stood and waited 17 minutes while they made sandwiches to go over and over ahead of me. I understood orders to go but a little courtesy and heads up would be nice instead I got no hello, no please wait, not even eye contact..

The employees were painfully slow. Not as in they didn’t have enough staff, but they moved slow. They gave off the feeling that they had just undergone chemo treatment. They seemed dead inside. Like four zombies roaming around. It took 40 minutes for my sub and there were only three people in front of me. Two people came in to get there to-go order and they left because the staff hadn’t even started on there’s. One guy I’m pretty sure was just staring at a wall the whole time. Add all of this onto the fact that it’s a subway sub (which is garbage and I only went there because it was the healthiest thing around) and you have one SHITTAY experience. The new subway subs (I had the all-American club) are just as bad as before the refresh. The bread is still terrible too.

Dreadfully slow, like unbelievable so. I still don’t get how as they have 3 people on the line yet takes them 20 minutes to make a single sub and charge the costumer. Never coming back to this location. Sad really because it’s the closest one to me and I like subway.

Rude, arrogant and above all else utterly incompetent at resolving customer issues of their own doing. THIS Subway on Gattis School Rd is easily the worst run sandwich shop in all of Texas.I'm reporting this store to the Round Rock BBB, submitting formal complaint on Subway.com and will do whatever it takes to get my $11 back this very poorly run company has stolen from my family.Kim Boulet: You need to resign immediately. You are a failure at operating this franchise.

POST THE CORRECT HOURS ON YOUR DOOR. I arrived at 8:45pm. There was a long line and I thought I'd go pick up ice cream next door at HEB and come back. I saw on the door that the closing time was 10pm. The paper that said their updated closing time was 9:30pm was off to the side. I figured I was fine since I'd be back before either time. I came back at 9:08 pm. The door opened but the staff said they closed at 9PM. I pointed to their door saying that wasn't the time posted. I literally drove out there just for the sandwich. How much does it cost to print one page and tape to your door? Less than what I wasted in gas I'm sure.It sucks this is the closet subway to me. It is the worst location I've been to. Customer service is terrible. The last five times I've been there, there was a snarky little boy making the sandwiches, ZERO customer service skills. He snapped at you every time he talked. Didn't smile. I was thinking of stopping coming to this location just because of him. Now this. I'm done for sure.

Easily the worst subway I've ever been to. They never staff enough people, the online orders are NEVER prepared by the time I arrive and when I do get here to pick it up, they don't have the necessary ingredients to make what I've asked for. This place needs to close.

Get more people working at 11am. The supervisor should be doing inventory earlier in the morning. These sandwich artists need help and better management.

DO NOT order online. This is the second time they have completely wrecked our order despite the receipt clearly showing on the sandwich bag itself the ingredients we ordered! They doused my kids foot longs in ranch and they would t touch it. Then you have to go in in person to get it corrected which defeats the purpose of online because their phone isn’t even activated. This is an ongoing pattern so I guess at This point it’s on me for expecting anyone in that location to be able to simply read the order. That $40 I’ve thrown down the drain overall.
