The morning shift worker was not very welcoming to the point if one doesn't like this job then dont do it. I opted for this place because it wouldn't be full like other eateries on a relaxing Sunday morning. Mood was "aw jeeze customers!!" If the produce for garnishments is not fresh and the welcome is freezing cold, then not rally in on a Sunday morning at Sunway.
Service was slower than a snails pace. And yall have a sign that says first responders get 100% off but somehow after showing my ID I still paid 100%. Never going back to this subway. Worst one I've ever been too.
Literally the worst. And NO ONE cares, not did they care.
I did a curbside order as i was in a rush and placed it before i got there i called like the cubsids sign said noone answered called 3 diff times no customers was in the store i when in to get it and they didnt even have have my ticket order printed smh other then that the food was fresh
These guys don't slack off. They all seemed to be working hard, even though the customers took forever to order.
Omar was awesome!!! The only person I’ve seen put so much detail and thot into a sandwich is me. So thank you sir for your services.
Giving this five stars because Connie is AMAZING! She’s always has a smile on her face even when things are crazy busy. She does need better help though from better employees.
They will 100% mess up your online order, and if you order buffalo sauce on a sandwich they'll put an extra 5-6 servings on it to make it inedible.
Mrs. Connie is so sweet and nice, was very patient while I was figuring out what I wanted to order, also very knowledgeable. She was the only person working there and was so positive and moved the line so quickly!
Very impressive. As soon as I told the man that I am Vegan, he immediately changed his gloves because he prepared meat right before me for another customer. Very good. Subway, give that man a bonus. I also tipped him 20$.
