I was in such a hurry that I didn't turn around and come right back for a refund. My drink was a tall brewed coffee with vanilla and with breve and I even said steamed cream just in case they didn't know. It's such an easy drink I have been getting for years and never had an issue. My cup was less than half full and the drink was luke warm. I will be driving past this Starbucks to get to a different location.
I had to miss my free item for my birthday due to me having to go to a funeral of a loved one, i had been crying all day and I just wasn’t up for Starbucks, I went the fallowing day , and I was given my free drink , thank y’all so much it may not seem like much but it meant a lot , the kindness of the worker with short color hair meant a lot to me, thank you

Definitely the only location who follows the sticker right!They know what they're doing. Can't say that about other locations..Only thing I can complain about is their mobile order system is off, more than it is on.Very friendly workers!
Always love me some Starbucks. Customer Service is up there with Chick-fil-A. Will not get coffee from anywhere else. That would be cheating.
Today around 9 am, my friend went to this Starbucks to get coffee and when he was done ordering said “thank you ma’am” and pulled around to the window where he was greeted by a lovely lady, we didn’t catch her name, but she has a faded black X tattoo on her forearm who decided to YELL AT HIM about how he needed to stop using “gendered language”No she didn’t decide to politely inform him, (had she done so he would have definitely apologized and corrected himself) she literally yelled at him out of the drive through window while pointing her finger at him… I would really like to know how people are expected to JUST know your pronouns and this is Texas where we are taught to say sir and ma’am because it’s polite. So why was my friend literally yelled at by a Starbucks employee? Starbucks did end up giving him a $15 gift card but just wanted to let everyone know if you plan on going to this Starbucks don’t say sir or ma’am or you will get yelled at and pointed at!

I'm really shocked about the deterioration of service quality at this Starbucks store. I've had issues after issues with this specific store in the past 6-8 months. This afternoon I went in the store, and ordered a grande size cold brew. Instead, they gave me a hot coffee. I had to tell them in their face. How did Starbucks become so bad, with some of their people so careless?? It's really sad to see.
The barista Hunter, was so awesome. He was attentive, quick and thorough while being kind and considerate. Best dang cup of coffee ever.
I feel like this location has been slipping lately. Every time I go there’s always something off with my order. Dairy milk in my drink after I asked for oat milk, it’s correct on the ticket but first sip is obviously milk.$6 drink I can’t have.
