I always try to give this store another chance and I'm extremely disappointed. I drive twice as far to go to the AW grimes location. I have never bad a drink there ever. Today their order ahead wasn’t available and I was in hurry. I ordered a blonde vanilla latte no special requests and it was probably one of the worst drinks I have ever had and tasted like rancid milk. Almost every drink I’ve had at this location taste so gross way to much milk or sweetener ( even when I order less) and the coffee tastes weird my husband ordered a americano and it tastes like water. I usually don’t take the time out of my day to write reviews but if I can spare someone, the complete utter disappointment then great. The staff is always nice the store clean the drinks are just awful.
Service was good. We were dumb with ordering and they were very gracious and helpful.
Always helpful. Hazelnut is unavailable right now and the barista was super helpful as I was trying to decide what other flavor I wanted in my latte.
Bad service, I ordered a coffee more milk than coffee and they gave me a cold coffee and there was nothing in their hands to do for just warming it up and of course there was not refund, great way togo for losing customers!!!

Just like almost every customer service establishment, you have to remember that these places are busy and a lot are short staffed, so be patient with them. This location tends to get busy often, and the baristas are always nice and friendly. Get there early if you want certain breakfast items because they go quickly. As far as the drinks, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at this location.

Coroym went above and beyond for me this past Friday. I spilled my frappuccino all over myself and in my car and Coroym not only replaced my frappuccino but she made my drink for me b/c she saw me waiting for more than 10 mins. I was so grateful b/c I was on my way to Houston and was behind b/c it took me 20 mins to clean my car out. It was a disaster but Coroym made my day. I hope I spelled her name correctly but she did a great job.
I stop here since it's pretty close to work. Great almost everytime except recently where my order has taken quite a bit of time. I think it's because they are short staffed but whatever. I'll keep stopping by. I like this place a lot.
