Salted Caramel Cold Brew is just a coffee with cream on top that's it here in this 620 'O' corner store. You will not taste any salted Caramel in that coffee but charging $5.28 some cents. A big RIP OFF. The Bariasta needs a training. If you really wanted to have SCCB please go to Cedar park C branch store near Dollar Store, you will really enjoy their SCCB. They make it with dedication.
I was there yesterday accidentally order a wwrong thing on a phone and wanted a Latte. They refund me a free drink. Thanks will be back
My go-to after school drop off! Drive thru window and line can be a bit of a mess during peak hours due to drive thru lane and gym parking lot essentially merged into one another. I simply order online, park outside the front entrance which is easily accessible from the gym parking lot. The staff is great. There are the regulars who work away while sipping on a drink. Upon second thought, I think my frequent visits make ME a regular..?! Wow. I’m a coffee shop regular. My mother would be so proud! =P
I’m not a fan of posting bad reviews, however with the horrible customer service I received tonight I feel compelled to.I go to this Starbucks often and the staff is typically very friendly and polite. This evening however, the lady working the drive thru went out of her way to show that she was not happy I was ordering at 8:30pm. This was a rare occasion in which the worker came off as both rude and angry.I certainly understand that people/ employees can have bad days or off days from time to time, however there’s a point at which a line needs to be drawn and that employee should consider finding another job which doesn’t require customer service.
I went through the drive thru yesterday morning a little before 7. There was a lady working the drive thru who took my order and she was amazing!! Best service I have had at this star bucks. Very friendly and sounded happy to be there ❤️

Hardly ever have issues with Starbucks. One of the best places to get a coffee and a quick meal.
Slow service! My hot coffee was cold!! I order ahead of time and go in to get and still wait another 30min. Never coming here! Don’t waste your time you will be here all day!
