They are really friendly which I love that. I’m happy this is the closest Starbucks!!
First of all, THIS HAS ALWAYS been my favorite location, and always will be!!!I have been coming to this location for about 6 years now, maybe longer..I know that I have left negative reviews before… but I have never ever changed the star rating...(IT ALWAYS REMAINED 5 STARS)The only reason I have left negative reviews on here is because there's nobody to get ahold of at all when trying to call and get an issue resolved....The last thing I wanna do is blast somebody on a review.. So for that in the past, I do apologize.. It's very hard for me if something goes wrong, to just to just wait for it to be remade when I'm basically doing mobile orders on the way so that I can go to work on time lol.. So sometimes it's very convenient whenever the phone is answered.. The last thing I ever wanna do is rat on somebody in particular.. I love these guys more than any location; there is not a rude soul in that place.. I had some issues a few months ago back when everybody was new again. But I thank those who have stayed and continued to help make that place rock!♡I can honestly say that I have nothing negative to say about anybody in that store.. For any review in the past, I apologize… please just know it's because I can not contact anybody whatsoever through a phone... I would do anything to try and communicate with somebody over the phone versus a review, but unfortunately it's impossible, (but I understand) I really don't want to bug them while they're busy working cause Lord knows they are always busy working their butts off..I've even tried to show appreciation in the past by surprising you guys with kolaches/donuts. Multiple times! And that will continue to come♡****Everybody at this location just know you are ALL rock stars!!!! I truly appreciate you all I really do!!!!!
Starbucks always has great customer service and are friendly. I personally have never had a bad experience from them.
Clean store, clean bathrooms, and prompt friendly service. Had a few flys flying around, but nothing too serious.
I wish they would pay more attention to drinks when they are supposed to be espresso free. All of that extra room was whipped cream. I ordered caramel brulee creme and as you can see it is dark from the espresso.* the store on plugerville parkway does this a lot too *
Quick and polite service. This location has amazing staff.
When I order the chai latter with steamed apple juice it is always a question of milk and water... I was introduced to the drink by one of the baristas over 2 years ago. I don't know but with their errors and not knowing I finally figured out that some places can make it with the milk and its fine others can't.
About 2-3days ago I was served by a woman named berry, she was so unbelievably nice and funny I hope u all are paying her $100 an hour she was so amazing and respectful
A gentleman named Patience who worked the drive thru was a blessing to my weary morning. Grateful for him and the service at this Starbucks. I have always received great service here.
Drive-thru at 10am was so backed up, cars were out of the parking lot just waiting on coffee smh. Won’t be back here again, way too slow in the morning
