Asked for a venti and got a grande and it wasn't filled all the way
Been getting coffee here for a long time, usually have my custom drink done nicely, order it today and whoever did need some more training, the cup is not even half full.
Girl at counter was nice and helped a person who knew not what she was ordering for another person! Lol. Washed cups purchased before using them!! I don’t like going into a place for anything right now with Covid but promised someone I would set it for them. Not a bad place to do so!
Stood in line only to be ignored by both employees working. Only takes a second to greet someone and let them know you’ll be right with them. Don’t waste your time here and just go to the stand alone Starbucks across the street.
if it was possible to put a negative value, then it would stand! this is the slowest point! we stood in line for 30 minutes. And there were only 3 people in the queue
Not customer friendly. Lady never acknowledged I was a customer for longest time then said "I can't wait on you. You aren't wearing a mask ." I explained I have breathing issues & returned wearing a mask but she remained abrupt taking my order.
20 minutes for a bagel and coffee.....
Haven't been in awhile because my route changed, but by far the best service in the morning with the drive thru guy. Thanks for making the mornings a great start.
