I would like to commend this Starbucks on their excellent customer service. I let the young man at the window know this on my visit thru the drive through. I went to a diff. Starbucks in Round Rock to order a grande medicine ball only to be told that were out of them. The problem with that is a medicine ball is a concoction of teas so I asked him at the window why is he saying they are out of the medicine ball? Instead he should just say they don't have all of the items to make the tea. The guy just looked at me stupidly so I left. Then I traveled over to this particular Starbucks the gentleman told me that they were out of honey to make the tea and would I like a substitute sweetener. Kudo's to this Starbucks!
This is my go to Starbucks locationI am never disappointed here
You have to really want coffee to even enter this location as the main entry is blocked off so you have to take some side road and then drive up a back alley. They were unable to make the drinks we wanted and then because of the previously mentioned drive through gridlock we had to wait in line with everyone else just to leave.
Good coffee better service. Recieved free cup of coffee for Veterans day and they actually pleasant about it. Thank you!
There are better coffee shops out there. I don't support corporate any more. I'd rather support other small businesses. Also, the line is always so long. Why would I want to waste my precious time with that?

This location gets packed! We ordered a couple of coffees, a croissant and a sandwich. The service was really good in the staff was friendly. The line fortunately moved along pretty quickly. Starbucks does a great job with cleanliness and service. The coffees tasted good and the croissant and sandwiches were tasty.
Fast, helpful bc I didn't know what refresher was and rebel though it has caffeine the mahi dragon fruit with lemonade is really good
I was so so happy to come to this location today. I didn’t know what I wanted and was greeted with enthusiasm by Shelby and Ari. They were both super nice to me and recommended a delicious refresher. I used to come here all the time but I’ll definitely be coming more often. Super inviting and friendly atmosphere even in the drive thru. Thank you !! :)
