Service is okay very slow
First time and it was great. Very disappointing to hear that it will be a non cash place as far as timing for valet when valet was a perk of going there too.
I don't recommend this restaurant. I would leave the resort and go to a place in town. The food was not great for the price. The tables were very close together so, no privacy in conversations.
Food was yummy!! Kid loved the spaghetti and meatball. I had the chopped Italian salad and hubby has chicken parmigiana. Both delicious!
Understaffed. Long wait for food. Service is friendly, but sporadic. Food is good, but after you've waited 45 mins to receive, you are famished and will eat every bite! I want to believe that under better circumstances this place is really nice and enjoyable. I cannot say that for our visit. Kids were hungry, I was hungry and the only reason we made it through was because we dined outside and the resort had live music and the little one was able to get up from her seat to enjoy the entertainment. I'm also disappointed my tab was later processed for a $10 higher amount than what I signed for. I want to believe this was an innocent mistake. Sortino's, I know you can do better.
Chicken was smelly and inedible, wait time over an hour for food. Pizza was good.
The service was very slow and when our food arrived it was cold. The portions were small relative to the price. The experience was mediocre at best.
