This was horrible. I went at 8:30 after my sports practice, I had already ordered on the app. When I pulled up it said that someone was on their way, 30 minutes later there was nothing. I clicked the red button and continued to sit for another 10 minutes. Then they finally came to give me my order at 9:20, I ordered a blue coconut slush and I was handed an ocean water. Not coming back…
Service is really bad at this location. My order was missing one of the items which we caught while at sonic. When we got home one of the burgers was completely wrong and did not taste good (funny taste)?. Consumer beware… The location in Hutto us much better!
Service has gotten progressively worse the last few months. I went on two separate occasions today to get a drink. Both times I pressed the red button and waited nearly 10 minutes. 2 separate times, 2 separate stalls. Both times I waited 10 minutes after activating the red button, gave up, and left. There appeared to only be 2 people working. On the second occasion the person next to me commented they’d been waiting an exceptionally long time as well.
For the love of God, save yourself some frustration and order from a different sonic. Every time I've come here, they've been consistently bad. They don't mix their blasts... but just put a scoop of your candy on top and try to call it a mixed ice cream? Seriously?And tonight I ordered a cherry limeade and was given a drink that tasted like watered down sprite with a cherry in it. No. It's got to be a management issue to be so CONSISTENTLY bad.
Cant get enough of their mozzarella sticks. If you want the best deals stop by during happy hour, you cant beat their variety of drinks and smoothies! Customer service was superb and my food is always hot and delicious.
Ticket #480, We arrived around 9:50pm at #1 station, and placed the order in the app at 10pm. We then checked in. We only ordered 2 drinks and Ice cream. Around 10:10pm, they turned off all the lights even though the app said they closes at 11:00. That is fine, other cars were there.Around 11:15, we got the message on the order station that "Izzy is bringing out our order". We were 1 of 3 cars out there. 10 mins later, we were still waiting. I pressed the talk button, and was told that they were closed. I responded that I have not received my order. "They will check on it" he said, but I could see that they were cleaning and dancing.10 mins later we were the last car, and I could see that they noticed my big blue truck, in the dark at #1 station, but no one asked to help us. What happened to the customer service?Now I was angry. So I got out and knock on the door. No one answered. But I could see them counting money and cleaning. I knocked on window more stern, then a slender African American girl opened the door to say that they are closed. I explained my situation, then the manager came out to say they are closed! I explained my situation for 3rd time! I was told to lower voice. I didn't, so got kicked off property with no order. As I was leaving, I noticed her smiling and laughing to her co-workers. We waited for someone to take our order for 15 minutes, pressed the call button 3 different times yet no one answered. We moved our car just to be stared at by a car hop that looked at us as though we had committed an offense. Needless to say we backed our car out and vowed we would not be returning SINCE THIS WAS OUR 3rd time this has occurred within 2 weeks.My advice, go to Mr. Gattis next door, they’re service is quick
Izzy .. said these onions rings were made fresh this morning...we ordered at 5 pm...Over cooked and burnt...she then had the nerve to get rude...stay at Sonic Izzy...
I tried to give them multiple chances, but I'm just gonna take the longer drive to the Pecan st. location instead now. They are very very hit or miss on quality. First time they missed half of my order and took multiple conversations to get them to fix it, and they still got my order wrong, but I gave up on that. Second time they get my order pretty well. Their time they burn half of the bacon in my kids' quarter pound, and leave burned black Fritos in their wrap. All of this happened within 1 weeks' time. Sorry, but this can't be just having a "bad day".
I was on my way home form work. I ordered from Sonic app from Sonic Round Rock on Gattis School Rd. My order was sent to another Sonic 20 minutes away. I was waiting for 20 minutes after the pick up time. I was not happy. There couldn't find my ordered. We found it went to another Sonic. I ask to speak to a manager. I wasn't happy about what happened. I said why didn't someone come 20 minutes. To figure it out. He said how you want them and a minute or 2 later. He made my ordered and I was on my way. I want to apologize and thank the manager for his help. He made frustrating mistake and made it right. Thank you manager working the night shift on 2-22-22.
