I NEVER get everything I order from this place!
Every time I've ordered an All American Dog from this Sonic, they have messed it up and given me a chili dog. Every. Single. Time. It's infuriating. I don't want to drive all the way back once I'm home. If you go here, I HIGHLY suggest you actually check that your order is correct before you leave to save the headache.PS, I hate chili dogs, hence my disdain for this constant screw upEdit: The crew was lovely, helpful and cheerful. I have no qualms with that side of service, but I strongly hate when my order is incorrect
Super friendly and personable staff. Me and my kid are sitting here in the shade in my car eating and watching a movie on my phone. Both carhops were so nice even though we are far from kitchen. When we ordered dessert the order taker was really sweet and easy to communicate with. Great service! Both our dinner and desserts were correct, even with lots of mods!
Horrible experience even second timeMy kids love Sonic milkshakes but when ever we go this location they have NO ICE CREAM AT ALL. POOR MANAGEMENTOR MAYBE LAZY EMPLOYEES WHO DO NOT WANT TO MAKE. SHAME. HOPE THEY WILL FIND OUT REASONS.
Fast, efficient. The order taker was nice and quick. The only reason I rated 4 out of 5, I paid on the menu and it gave no option to leave a tip. I never carry cash. I felt bad for not leaving one.
I keep forgetting to get his name, but the guy taking/running orders most mornings (today is 2/11) deserves a raise. He's polite, communicative, and efficient.. unlike any other sonic location I've been to.
James and Briana are amazing and had excellent customer service! They were knowledgeable and asked more questions about my order!Also, my food came out hot and correct!
it was terrible always terrible, we go for their delicious ice believe it or not. if you havent tried their soft ice then u wont know what I'm talking about. So 9 times out of 10 we get terrible ice, it sounds so petty but they are famous for their ice!! and they cant even get that right. I'll give them 3 stars for their food, just dont eat their chicken

Waited for an hr for two ice coffees. Horrible management extremely unprofessional. This was my second bad experience visiting this sonic. I will not be back. All the staff is playing on cell phones texting while on the clock. Having a head set taking orders with a cell phone in their hand. No wonder no one’s getting their orders. Higher management should definitely look into how this location is being managed.
