I've tried to give this place a chance but there is just no luck. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from them and they either get the order wrong, we're missing food or it's not fresh. Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves selling old dried out food to people and so careless to not even pay attention to make sure that customers get the correct order. This is ridiculous.
Went this afternoon and ordered two drinks. After waiting for about 10 minutes, we asked what happened to our order. Was told it would be right out. Watched the carhop walk past our car to another car with what was probably our drinks and then go back to the building as she had gone to the wrong car. The drinks weren’t on a tray and one was tucked between her shirt and arm. No one came back out with our drinks, so we left. This is the worst service we’ve ever had there. Not sure we will go back. They weren’t very busy, maybe 4 cars total.
Ordered the number 9 which is the chicken sandwich combo. Chicken was tough as nails and fries were soggy and garbage . Never go there again....
We ordered only two drinks. A medium Big Red and a medium Strawberry Limeade. So why did it take so long where there was only one other car on the lot?
Not good I just ordered a Sweet tea couple other vehicles pull place orders. They get there orders waiting on my tea, so I left. .
Online ordering was a breeze and my food was delivered shortly after I checked in. I ordered the Patty Melt and it was hot, fresh and very good . The only thing I can complain about is that the parking area needs attention. There are pot holes and cracked concrete through out.
I just had the worst experience at this store. I pulled in, there was probably 3-4 cars in the lot, not busy. I press the red button at 7:43am. At 7:50, no one has taken my order. At 7:52, no one has taken my order so I have to leave? I call the manager and nicely ask why no one took my order and she hung up on me. Now that I wasted 25 minutes on this garbage establishment I have to skip breakfast. Garbage.

I was very disappointed. My food tasted like it had been sitting up. I figured if I was going to have to wait at least let my food be fresh.
Service at this location was excellent. The food was fresh and came out quickly. The staff that brought my food was friendly and professional.
