Favorite location to go too!
Horrible service. My first time there and the only employee working has been there 2 years. The rest of the employees were in the back with their friends laughing and playing while there was a full house of customers. On top of that people were taking drinks from fridge not dressed in uniform and taking them to back of store. Very unprofessional store and will not be returning to this location. And my order was very runny.
Smoothies were great! However the cashier make us feel uncomfortable the way she was speaking to us. And how is it that they don’t take coupons when it clearly says that location does take coupons but she said NO.
Went by at 8:45pm, Store was closed but your sign says open until 9pm. Not a good way to run a business. Need to change your hours if you aren’t staying open until posted times.
Smoothies are good, but staff consumed a reward offer on the app, then refused to fulfill the offer.I will go to other locations in the future when I want a smoothie fix.

This location has no drive-through so I had to go inside which is inconvenient in and of itself but especially so when the employees tell you a mask is required to purchase a smoothie. I don't wear a mask normally but would have if the employee had provided one, but instead she just told me I can't come in. I had to leave without being able to purchase a smoothie.
Smoothies are always good ( I mean, it's Smoothie King). Their staff is always so rude and really just make coming here an unpleasant experience.
Closed early saying for bad weather when there is none?
No online ordering option :(
