I had a smoothie yesterday morning for breakfast. All I had yesterday was a smoothie. Some time later after drinking it I got really sick and ended up vomiting alot. Today im still sick an unable to sit up. May have to end up going to the doctor.
I came to this location yesterday afternoon, there was only one person working, I felt bad for him, however those of us in line had Patience. I have to say that this worker, had a very pleasant attitude, he never let on if he felt overwhelmed. He still acknowledged everyone that came through the door, and said “ I will be right with you!” And to top it off ( for me) my smoothie was delicious! Because sometimes it could be a hit or miss. Thank you for excellent customer service???? ( it was Saturday January 8th afternoon around 12:30ish)
On 9/17, we arrived at 7:45 pm with an open sign. There was 2 people inside and a locked door. When we politely asked if they were open, they were rude and extremely aggressive. We will never return to this location
I went here and ordered a 20oz cold brew coffee. I definitely recieved concentrate with almond milk. Staff said that is the way it tastes, that it was prepared correctly, and mentioned I asked for no sweetener. I drink unsweetened cold brew daily and love strong coffee. This was intolerable in taste and definitely concentrate. I had three small sips (three too many), got a stomach ache, headache, felt like my heart was pounding and I couldn't blink....and I have a high tolerance for caffeine! I leave this review not as a complaint but in the hopes the mistake is fixed and hoping you guys aren't just giving away all your concentrate! Good luck!
Great place to grab a delicious smoothie. 5$ Fridays are my favorite. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program so you can earn points towards a free smoothie. Plus they have the "better foam cups" that decompose by 92% in just 4 years .

Don't buy at this location! I Googled the nearest location to my office and it brought up the LA Frontera location. I clicked on that location and went to ordering and ordered. When I went to pick up they didn't have my order. We figured out that it went to the Dell Diamond location for some reason. I requested a refund and was told they had to wait for the manager. I was told the manager would call me the next day for the refund. He never called and charged me for the smoothie that I never got!! Their online computer ordering socks and they aren't ethical!
Great, friendly service. Delicious smoothies. My wife, daughter and niece loved them. Definitely coming back.
The Caribbean way smoothie was absolutely refreshing and delightful to have on a texas summer day.
So very much to choose from, overwhelming but tasty and a bit expensive. Lots of good healthy to choose from.
