Came in this evening at about 720, I saw neon lights all around the store indicating it’s open. Came up to the door and it’s locked and there’s a sign inside that reads drive-through and pick up only. Very disappointing you guys need to figure out what kind of business you want to be.
Their management is so poor they can't properly staff a restaurant. Placed an order on their app, said it would be ready at 7:15 pm. I arrive at 7:25 pm and the food isn't ready. Their lobby is closed and I'm told I have to sit in a drive thru line that's 20 minutes long to then wait for my food. I've been coming here for 7 years at least once a week and this poor service has continued for the last year. Don't show up in the evening. You'll wait forever for food that won't be fixed right.
The service is slow! I still haven’t paid and I’m watching the cashier ignore me and talk to one of her friends …. Lol it’s always slow when I come to this one, and that’s not a lot, but every time it’s new ppl so obviously nothing is changing except for the person ignoring me. Ok it’s been 7 mins and one of the Cooks! just got my card and made me pull into a parking spot ! For one thing !! … wow obviously over worked and not enough structure!
The app charged me four times for a pizza, and I didn't get the second pizza even though it was Wednesday. You would think they would question why someone would order a single pizza on Wednesday.
I had to repeat my order 3 times, they still gave me the wrong sandwich, also ordered a Caesar salad, I received no dressing, also ordered a Cinnabon.. I thought they normally heated them up mine was cold and hard
Sometimes this place is amazing how other times you can’t even recognize a sandwich for example if you order a French dip sometimes it comes absolutely delicious with all the fixings meaning sautéed onions but most the time when you order it you’ll get a ham sandwich with cheese with a side of French dip sauce why is it that can’t make it the same way every time I don’t understand?
Awful awful awful awful service!! Their door says closes the dine in at 5pm yet they are kicking people out at 3:30p. It was my GFs 1st ever experience with Schlotzksys deli.The “manager” told the cashier to close the doors. We were already at the cashier and she told us we had to go out of the freaking store and go through drive thru. 35-40 min still here.Total total BS
Never disappoints. If there was one thing to change, I would work on cleaning tables better. I took out my Clorox wipes to clean the table. Just to be sure.

Had a sandwich from Schlotzsky's.in Florida 2008..and was sadend by the greasy BREAD Back then. Well ...I am still sad after having a sandwich from there here in Austin 2021..but the meat and the rest on it was Great... watch out for the BREAD. Just my Opinion folks.
