We came here over the weekend and used their drive through. The service was friendly and fast. My husband ordered the Turkey bacon club sandwich meal and I ordered the avocado turkey sandwich meal, both came with a drink and a bag of chips. The bread and sandwiches were both good. The deli meat they used wasn't my favorite but that is just my personal preference. My husband enjoyed his sandwich. And, of course, we got some Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, which are my favorite. They gave them to us warm and they were very delicious.
Me and my gf get food here frequently because she works so close by and the food is really good. They messed up on our order we called and told the manager. He solved it with no issues. Didn't give us any trouble. Really seemed like he cared about the situation unlike ALOT of these other fast good places where they will give you the hardest time. The whole staff here actually is really kind. Rarely write reviews but this place deserves it. Thank you again.
I went here 7 months ago and the lady at the drive through was so incredibly rude I hadn’t been back. I decided to go back today and a different lady was at the drive through and she was also extremely rude and just shoving my food to me so quickly with such a horrible attitude. I don’t appreciate this kind of treatment.
The drive-thru employee was pleasant. I didn't really enjoy my Turkey sandwich and it was missing the added onions I requested.
We had the new Italian calzone last night and it made me sickkk I vomited it alllll up ? and then some and other areas it came out of ughh it was just a warmed up sandwich with alot of meat and the bread was nasty no calzone features and we will not be coming back here
Schlotzsky's, simply put is just (lotz) better than other sandwich shops around. Since 2007 I've been eating these sandwiches, and definitely will never stop. Wonderful pizzas as well! You'll never know you love sourdough so much until you've tried it here.
Waited for over 30 minutes to get our food. I understand things happen but how you deal and communicate to your customers is key. Let's just say the employee wasn't the most courteous. Basically shut the window while I was still talking. Refused to tell me her name. Told me her manager wasn't there. When I asked for the phone number for the store, she told me I can find it on the internet. Not the best way to handle a situation.
Cinnamon rolls need to be fresher and warmer I've been going many days in a row but it's always the same. Everything else was fast and good.
Delicious as always! Can't go wrong with the classic sandwich! Hot and fast!
Food was good apart from them telling us they were out of their sauce after bringing us out food.
