Plenty of food for the price. We had a sample of just about everything and it all was good. The tortillas were fresh and very good.

Their breakfast was very delicious and flavorful. My family loved the breakfast tacos with the fresh condiments on the salsa bar. Very unique and different concept we were lucky we were staying by the Kalahari resort.

Taco Tuesday is the best! It's a cheap way to feed the whole family and they're always very satisfied. The other dishes are great too. It is a little amazing how quick it comes out. Great spot! More TX than Mex.

Food was average, not fresh.Liked the interior though, colorful and interesting

They have great service and nice people.

Basically an upscale Taco Bell with sit down prices.I wanted to treat the family to a nice lunch so we thought we would try out Rosa's since we'd never been there before and it looked nice on the outside. When we entered we quickly realized this is more like a fast food restaurant than what we expected. Our experience:We entered the restaurant and stood in line to order while feeling rushed as we tried to figure out what we wanted before it was our turn. The menu is pretty generic so finding something that sounds good was actually a challenge for everyone, and we ended up going with safe bets, burrito for me, taco's for my wife, and nachos for the kids. I asked for beef fajita instead of ground beef on the burrito and the manager taking my order seemed confused, but eventually added it in which increased the price of the burrito by four dollars (this would normally be one or two dollars anywhere else). In total this meal cost us nearly forty dollars. But hey, maybe it will be worth the money? When we went to sit down and wait for our food we found trouble finding a table that wasn't covered in left over food, but finally found a place. Unfortunately they also don't bring the food out to you so you either have to wait at the front of the house for the food or you risk not hearing them call out your number. When we got our food I about blew my top. The nachos looked like something my twenty year old son made in his microwave, the tacos were sloppily assembled, and my burrito was a joke (see image). For a nearly twelve dollar burrito I was given a plate 1/3 full of iceberg lettuce, 1/3 boxed/bagged rice and refried beans, and 1/3 (if that) of a burrito. The only thing that appeared to be fresh were the tortillas which I ate after I finished eating my burrito as the portions were so small that I had to supplement my meal.Who would this place be for?Someone who wants to get some Mexican better than Taco Bell (but not that much better) and wants it fast, and doesn't mind paying sit down prices. If you want to cater your workforce at the office (do people still do this with Covid?).That's about it; it's like this place doesn't know what it wants to be. If Austin wasn't a thriving population center there is no way this place would stay in business. If you want good quality food, with service at reasonable prices, and proper food portions, then don't come here. If you want Mexican but want it fast I would say just go to Taco Bell, you'll pay half as much and the quality will be close enough (besides the tortillas). The only reason this isn't one star is because the building was nice and the tortillas were good. With all the choices in the area we don't plan on subjecting ourselves (or our bank account) to this place again.Don't recommend.

No cheese on top of my CHEESE enchiladas. Also, I ordered 1 w/red sauce & 1 w/green sauce. Took it to go, usually don’t have to double check. Still my favorite restaurant though!

So, our first time visiting a few years ago , I could smell the warm and inviting aroma of mesquite fire in the air . I ordered the fajitas plate , I looked around through the tortilla window which are pretty good by the way , I didn't see any grill or anything that would suggest fresh meat on the "grill". I asked the manager or counter person if the meat was cooked on site and she said no it is prepackaged , so more like open a bag and throw it in the steamer or some kind of heating equipment. Eggs are the same I believe , could be wrong , but once again my Spidey senses tell me I couldn't get any eggs over easy because of precooked eggs or liquid eggs, just toss in the steamer or boiling water??

Seems like about half the time they get part of my order wrong. The food is pretty good, sometimes it's not hot it's served at room temperature. The drive-through lanes are extremely fast. One employee that takes the orders on the speaker box is hard to understand. She speaks very broken English at times.
