The host was extremely slow and seemed annoyed to get us menus and seat us. Although the server was friendly, she was unprofessional and failed to bring us the things she said she would multiple times. Additionally, she sat down with us and complained about how busy it was and how short-staffed the restaurant was. Our stuffed mushrooms were cold. We donât plan to return.
Our server was very good, that’s about the only good thing I can say sadly.Food was adequate, however we only got our food after 70 minutes and asking twice. When it arrived the plate was hot but the top was just barely warm.We were not the only ones waiting, even though there were only 3-4 other small groups when we arrived.Edit: the manager did make things right with us and ensure us that it was the perfect storm of inconveniences for the kitchen. I’m willing to give them another shot, but I wouldn’t go back if I was under any sort of time constraint.
Excellent food and wonderful wait staff. It is a little slow because everywhere is understaffed. Do remember that before you walk in and keep in mind that everyone is doing their best. Everyone is equal in this world. With that mindset, you will have a wonderful time.
Relaxing atmosphere and great food!
We felt sorry for the staff. Place was empty, dark, and depressing. Our waitress was sweet and diligent. Food was only lukewarm but good.
Food was disappointing not like the macoroni grill I remember in New Jersey
It took 40 minutes after being seated to get bread. The waitress asked someone if the bread was still OK to serve as it had sat for a while. Our salads didn't come until shortly after our entrees, which was just shy of an hour. The food was almost room temperature, too, which indicates it had been setting for our waitress to bring it out. Two other waitresses had to bring them out. Our assigned waitress just laughed everything off. We were nice about it but it was the worst service I've had from anywhere in a very long time. Our stomachs are not doing well, either, possibly due to the cold food.
We used to love Macaroni Grill. But this time the food was subpar. Our waitress was really great though.
We had a nice late lunch at Macaroni Grill today. The food was good and service was great. Our young lady serving us did a great job. Brought extra cheese, refilled water glasses and just made sure we were happy. I can't remember her name..it started with an O. Sweet and capable young lady.
Hostess was terrible, very unclear about what she was doing and wouldn't seat us. Our reservation was at 7:15 and we weren't seated until 7:40. What's the point of a reservation at that point?? Food was great and server was awesome, but the hostess experience was was severely lacking. They kept telling us they were cleaning off tables when there were several set tables for us already. They didn't even seat us at one of the tables they were cleaning off! So frustrating.
