good food. menu changing but still have ongoing time favorites.

This is the first time I wasn’t pleased with the food. My steak was way undercooked (and I couldn’t find my waiter to tell him.). My lobster tail was really small and dry. Even the piece of salmon my mom got was extremely small. Trying to get a refill on a drink took forever. No one offered us dessert / dessert menu. Then it took almost 20 minutes to flag someone down so we could get our check to find out the table of 6 paid our check (their waitress gave them the wrong check) so more waiting…… Not the best Father’s Day experience taking my dad and husband out for dinner.

Good service. Good food. Comfortable atmosphere while 70s& 80s music played.

I’ve read multiple different reviews stating they weren’t treated properly, though this wasn’t our case. It’s worth to start off by saying that we got treated extremely well, we were a group of teens, and got to have some laughs with the waitresses that came around, overall my rating for customer service is a 5 out of 5 stars, surely this treatment could vary according to the waitresses at the time, but in my case it was amazing. The food in general was quite tasty, it was surprisingly good, even though we all weren’t seafood fans, but this food still managed to get our positive feedback. The presentation of the food clearly depended on the plate you got, some plate’s presentation could perhaps have been better, though that didn’t reduce the quality of the food.Overall, this is a restaurant I wouldn’t hesitate on going back to, and I surely would suggest it to anyone who hasn’t been here yet.

We were missing our crab legs from our family order. When I called to make them aware they said they were there and I could come back to get them. Not wanting to eat a cold meal I agreed to have our meal comped. This was 5 days ago and still haven’t seen anything!!

The biscuits folks are amazing! Yummy! Our server Ray asked if we were there for a special occasion. We were celebrating a late Mother’s Day. Ray made it special with great service and a special Mother’s Day treat at the end of our meal. It really set the customer service apart from any restaurant I’ve stepped into in a long time. Thank you Red Lobster and our fantastic server Ray!

I originally didn’t want to eat here when my friend suggested it. I hadn’t been impressed with this chain in past at different locations. But this location changed my mind. I will be back. The food was so good. It was hot and freshly made. The service was great. The $16.99 3 course special is an awesome deal right now. Honestly I am ready to go back again.

The service was great and the food was delicious! It's been a while since we've eaten at Red Lobster, but it didn't disappoint.

Good ?. Very tasty

The last time I took my family to Red Lobster was a few years ago. It was such a bad experience we never went back. For my husband's birthday we decided to give it another try, hoping they had improved their service, as we wanted to take advantage of the endless shrimp. To our complete disappointment, there was no improvement. The host who greeted us was unfriendly and lackadaisical. He showed us to our table without saying a word.--not a good start. The beer we ordered took over twenty minutes to receive. After 45 minutes we finally got our food, and my husband ordered another beer which he had to hunt down himself, only to find there was no bartender. To clarify--during the dinner service, the bartender had gone off somewhere, and after complaining to our server, she had to go pour the beer herself. It took another 20 minutes to receive additional shrimp, rendering the rest of the sides cold. Our server had too many tables, so she was unable to give the great service you would expect from such an expensive dinner. The night manager was nowhere in sight. Very very disappointed, and my husband's birthday was tainted by such a bad experience. We gave Red Lobster another but will not be returning.
