I don’t know how many manager this place have gone through, but they still have not found the manager that will make the place better to deliver customer service . Currently Popeyes have this tall skinny African American manager that has zero, zip resolution to the problem THEY created . I placed 2 orders through mobile app, and BOTH order are wrong. They gave me mild chicken , instead of spicy . The chicken are hard and dried as if it has been on hot lamp for several hours. I asked for fresh fried chicken and was waiting to wait , but she told me no the deliver trick has not come. I asked for my money back, and she told me to dispute it with the credit card company. Popeyes have a policy to serve freshly fried chicken if your chicken is not right. The manger and cook did not do this . I asked for a refund , and she told me go argue with the credit card company !! What kind of resolution is this? The cook does not want to fry, the manager does care if you like the chicken or not and DO NOT want to give customer service . This place is close to my work place , so I have seen a lot of manager and employees come and go.
The tall black skinny lady need to go along with that salty over fried and super dried chicken i went at a busy hour , and it is still dry. I have such a short lunch , that I can’t go back and return the chickens. Chickens should alway be moist, hot , and fresh . This place need to be better managed with a new manager and cook.
See, this one is on me ha, I should've actually looked at yalls reviews before actually going. I wasn't mad at 1st because I been to this location a few times and it has been decent til today. 1st off, I pull up to the drive thru and the new items that are being 'advertised' are all discontinued so ok, no biggie. Order then I get home and my order is completely wrong so I look at my ticket for a store number. There was none, so online I go and get it. I try calling and the number is disconnected. Seriously?
The last couple times I've gone, they've screwed up the order in really dumb ways. Not sure how you hear 'Mashed Potatoes' from me asking for Red Beans and Rice like you are.
Courteous server. Order prepared quickly. Received everything we ordered. In and out in a flash with fresh hot meals.
Absolutely horrible service. I keep trying them because they are convenient. Help is consistently rude and more times than not they get your order wrong. This location has serious issues.
3rd strike for me today . ur lucky to get served in the drive thru . but if anyone actually takes ur order its guaranteedto be wrong .
What the actual... Do i need to even say anything here? Unbelievably gross lol. That is supposed to be mac and cheese fwiw. I got no receipt so I guess no refund for me.
I went there earlier today for a delivery pick up. First thing was that no one ever came on the drive thru speaker, so I pulled around to the window. There were staff inside the store that walked past the drive thru window and acted like I wasn’t there. I waited in total 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and no one ever did. I totally understand if you are short staffed or if something happened but you should be Courteous to the people waiting and place a sign on your drive thru letting them know. It was lunch time and when I did finally drive away the line was very long, those people wasted their entire lunch break waiting on someone to do their job.
Waited 25m at the drive thru window, never heard from anyone while 10 cars piled behind me. Pulled up and no one was to be seen inside. I know we have labor shortages but to just leave people waiting without saying anything is rude
