This restaurant is clearly still coping with staffing issues. The dining room is infrequently open with no signage on the door stating this. The alternative is a drive through that is usually 5 cars deep with a 15 minute wait or longer. The food quality is inconsistent. It can range from good to needing improvement. Overall, I like the food however service itself requires improvement.
This Popeyes location is just not it , drive thrutakes a long time , the girl at the window had attitude, was missing a combo meal and had to get off and knock at the window because the doors were already locked and my order was still wrong after that , the fries were soggy like if they had been sitting there for a while and the mac cheese was gross. Not worth the 45$ I paid.
They just cannot do right. Ordered a fish sandwich and asked for no pickles. Opened up my smushed sandwich and you can clearly see where they took the pickle off the sandwich- empty circles with no tartar sauce was a dead giveaway! Got 8-pc nugget…old dried out pieces of chicken that were NOT fresh at all. This place does not deserve any stars. Clearly upper management does not care and it shows with the service.
This Popeyes is always buzy. But everytime I go my food is fresh and I love their new fish sandwich ?! It was defently worth the wait. Will be visiting all month for this item. I got the spicy one omg ? Soo spicy and crunchy.
Terrible experience. We didn't get our mashed potatoes (which was forgivable as they got some for us later), we get home and our fries were severely undercooked, then we open the chicken box and we didn't even get what we ordered. We got 1 piece of white meat in our 10 piece mixed box and the rest were legs and thighs. I will never be coming back. If they are understaffed and thats why this happened, then they probably should shut that location down and transfer the employees elsewhere. I do not recommend this location.
So, I just ordered from here and didn't get my full order. I go back and there's yellow cones infront of drive thru. it says close at 11pm. what in the world. ? I got a kid to feed and myself, plus my elder.
Read the 1 star reviews and still went (maybe people were being over dramatic), big mistake. Drive through takes forever, and the food taste terrible. Waste of time and money.
The manager was rude and disrespectful. Was in line for 25 + minutes . Employee didn't let me know at the speaker that they didn't have any mild chicken later told me after I had ordered and took my money. He refused to give me a refund as I requested he smarted off to me on two occasions with I'm not giving you a refund go back to your car I'll bring your the food when its done, I told you it was a 10 minute wait and later after the 10 minutes of waiting on other customers again refusing to give me my refund after I saw him and other employees standing around talking. He forcefully threw my food in the bag busting open the boxes that held the food. My food was all in the bottom of the bag.
They got my order wrong. Who do I call/message to get the correct items I paid for?I ordered blackened tender 5 pc and I got regular tenders.
This use to be my go to location. I don't know if this pandemic has had an effect on their business. I went to make a purchase of the cajun turkey as well as try the Meg Thee Stallion meal. This location opens at 10:00am. I arrived at 10:40am. The drive through was blocked off and the front doors locked. I understand if you're under staffed but update your hours accordingly. I'm going to another Popeye's location where my business will be appreciated.
