The Print on the menu sign was too small.Fries were too old and tough. Even my granddaughter commented that the person, the lady taking our order was rude. Overall we had a bad experience. We will not be returning.
Chicken was cold, basically so dry it was inedible. Biscuits were hard and cold. The drive through person was nice but forgot an item and I had to ask for the rest of my food. This was about 30 minutes before close. They were obviously more focused on closing than serving their guests. Manager in plain clothes walking around talking on the phone EATING!!
We placed online takeout through mobile order, went to pick it up and somehow store was in closed Sat 8.00pm and their working hours says till 12.00am. We kind if had a worst experience with this Popeyes store.
I ordered uber eats I got the scrap of the bottom of the pan or something!? Burned MacNcheese half pint or something.. No sauce!? All thighs on my 8 piece order when it clearly states on the receipt 2 leg, 2thigh, 2wing, 2breast!? Not only did they get that wrong but I also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy but got the scraps of MacNCheeds!!!? ??♀ it was just all bad!!! Get it together..
Always a great place to get some great Spicy Chicken but disappointed that the...Cajun Rice was discontinued...n that's for every Popeyes...as I was told...n oh...No Onions Rings... eitherToo bad...2 key items ... that we always very yummy to get.
Long wait for drive through service. Limited items in stock, no warning before ordering, asked question about order was told to pull forward. Never answered. Chicken was a third the size of the bun, tinders where slim ans small.
I was a little disappointed but I let it go due to food shortages for restaurants. The only sides the restaurant had were french fries.
Same story different location. Good is okay but the service is slow like molasses. But it's this way at every Popeyes so at least they're consistently slow as dirt.
They don't allow mobile ordering and they don't answer their phones. People are inside but they don't respond to the drive thru either. I guess this location is great if you're looking for a job and want to get paid to sit around doing nothing. Popeyes has great food, too bad most of their stores are awful
