The food is good as usual but i guess i jinxed myself with the service our server changed with someone else because he said his shift was over but then was still here with other customers like customers that arrived after us anyway got our order mixed up etc...but our food was still great but didn't feel great about that but i still love Pluckers our name is on the wall 4 times i think
My kids and I couldnt finish our meals . The wings and mozzarella sticks were way too salty. Too bad.
Came here for my birthday meal, I had the Boss. It was a very tasty sandwich and came with at least a pound of tater tots.Justin was an excellent server and a very nice man (turns out he is a bar tender here) come see him.This is my favorite Plucker! I highly recommend visiting it!
Wish I could leave 5 stars because pluckers has the best wings, but our server today was terrible.Next visit review update. 3 celery pieces for 20 wings ? nice 65 dollars right there.
Fried pickles never disappoint. Spicy lemon pepper wings had a great flavor!!
Overall our latest experience at pluckers was fantastic. Our food was good and our server was great. There was however an issue at check out. Our server mentioned that my code for check in pulled up two accounts and to make sure to scan my ticket. I did as he suggested and did not get the appropriate amount of reward points. I have called 3 times to try to get clarification and have not felt reassured that the issue is being handled. On Sunday a Laura took my information but never called me back. Then I called on Monday and was on hold for a manager for 20 minutes but one never became available. I then called later and got another manager who claimed to have another manager looking into the issue but she didn’t have my name or anything before she made that claim so I can’t help but be concerned that this isn’t being handled correctly. I’m just looking for clarification as to what happened and what is being done to resolve the issue.
We had the best server and our food was hot and fresh. It was awesome.
Worst food so far after making great posts on Google. I got the Kitchen Sink with Fries and got everything but what was expected. I got the hot dog with mac...the sauce was soaked into the bun, I had at least 3 pieces of onion and 6 fries in total. Got the pic to prove it. The bartender acted like it was my fault and I am over it. Frustrated to say the least...I wish I was eating out of my own kitchen sink...I probably would have faired better. Will not repeat this Mistake.
I have several food allergies and commonly have issues. That’s ok, we’re all human and none of my issues are life-threatening. The cook messed up my order, and the manager, Cory, made it right quick. What set my evening apart though, was the fact that my waitress, Emily, noticed before I even had a chance to ask for help. I’ve NEVER seen a waitress so attentive like her! I didn’t have to tell her it wasn’t right, she saw it when the kitchen staff brought it to me. I didn’t have to ask for a remake, she offered. I didn’t have to ask for a manager, Emily brought her. I’ll be back, and I’ll ask for Emily to be my waitress!
Nope...don't do it. Pluckers was a great place for wings at one point BUT now the flavors aren't as flavorful and they charge an extra fee per wing, plus a packing fee. I spent $52 on two 10 pc combos! I ordered well done wings and received rubbery, chewy wings. You're better off going to a restaurant and getting a full meal, drinks and dessert for the cost that Pluckers charges for nasty wings now.
