This is the second time I’ve ordered pizza from this restaurant. ABSOLUTELY terrible! It’s obvious my pizzas had been sitting out for a long, long time! Bad meat on it! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
This review is entirely on the guys working tonight. Worst Customer Service! I walked in to pick up my order and was greeted my unknown person saying they'd be right with me. 10 minutes later no one had come up and I haven't been helped. I tried to get someone's attention and ended up having to yell even though there was a guy on the other side of the racks for the orders that are ready. Then upon checking my order there was almost no bacon on my bacon and sausage pizza. Normally no big deal but appologize and Never ignore a customer. If I had needed to order I would've left and that would've been lost business.
Avoid this place until they can get better management and staff. Customer service was pretty bad. The bearded guy almost had a heart attack because he had to walk out a few feet out of the AC to deliver our order to the car. He looked hungover, unsanitary and sick.
Not sure about the negative reviews, but my pizza, wings and cinnamon sticks were AMAZING! Made so well. After some bad experiences at PapaJohns ? down the road, this PizzaHut served up faith in pizza! Sunday evening 5/15… thank you and great job!
Had two really negative experiences. 1st where I placed a delivery order, 90mins later store called and told me there were no delivery people available and made me drive to the store and didn't waive the delivery fee. 2nd time after being on delivery for 30 minutes, called they told me the person had a flat but they would be on their way. it has been in total 2 hour wait time so far. Tried calling store again with no one picking up the phone. This place should honestly just close down. They are just damaging the franchise now.
I ordered a pizza from this location and was informed it would be delivered at 90 minutes from my order time. I waited and waited and later called at asking about status, I was still informed it was on the way. I called 90 minutes after still not receiving the order and told them I still had not received it yet. They then told me the driver who was supposed to deliver my order did not show up for my delivery. Absolute embarrassment of a store. I recommend you do not waste your time ordering from this store.
My 19 year old worked at this location and was treated horribly. Several days we contacted the “ manager” Jacob so we could inquire about our kids missing last paycheck deposit. Infuriating to say the least. The tone in which this unprofessional and obviously uneducated man spoke to myself and our kid was unacceptable. A manager refusing to check payroll records or deposits and using a condescending tone? Shame on your franchise. I can assure you I won’t let this behavior drop on my end.
My order did not come complete. Store manager, supposedly named Mark, won’t refund the part of the order I didn’t get. So I guess Pizza Hut has decided to charge people for item and not deliver them. This is called theft and a pretty sad state of affairs for Pizza Hut. All because you don’t want to pay another merchant fee for the refund??? Wow! How ridiculous. I hope all my long-time friends and family in Round Rock will avoid this place. Disappointing that a business won’t honor their order and take ownership of their mistake. I regret doing business with this Pizza Hut.
Pizza taste was excellent as expected! I had to wait a few minutes after I arrived for pickup for the pizza to be ready but it was worth the wait.
Never will I order from this location!!!! The only reason I went to your location is bc my fav location off May's was closed.I ordered a large pizza with light sauce extra cheese extra pepperoni and beef. And I ordered a 8 piece boneless wings. Not only did they not put extra cheese they only gave me 7 wings. The crust wasn't thick for it to be pan. Toppings were limited as you can see. Look at how dry my pizza looks. I'LL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
