If you like your order to be missing an item EVERYTIME you order then this is your place.I order the SAME EXACT thing everytime I order and it never fails I'm missing my Marinara sauce even when i tell them while I order to not forget it. I call and let them know. And 1 out of 4 times I got a reasonable credit on my next order. (THE SAME EXACT ORDER!!)this time the gracious credit I was given was $1.00. Yes only 1 dollar. Are you kidding me?Unbelievable how untrustworthy they are you would think that when my account pulls up when I order they would be informed of this reoccurring problem and make sure they get it right. I don't know, Am I wrong for expecting to get what I order? and expecting them to take responsibility for a reoccurring problem and make up for being inconvenienced?I did not complete my order and will be taking my money to marcos pizza.
Pizza was hot and fresh. The guy there was so sweet and customer service oriented. Made me feel very welcomed.
I do not like that my points expired. I didn’t have the opportunity to get anything before my points expired and I really don’t appreciate that. I feel like if you’re going to take my money, the least you can do is let me use the points when I want. It doesn’t hurt you guys any at all to let the points continue. You can’t exactly call it a loyalty program if you don’t bother to let me use them.

The crust was hard barley any sauce so pizza was dry very nasty
It was super fast and arrived piping hot. Our delivery man was very, very nice and made sure our order was right before he left. Will definitely order again!
The crust/bread very very thin for the large pizza and we didn’t even order thin crust each person ate four slices when they normally eat two and complained about the thing slice problem
I ordered a pizza here once and they forgot the jalapeños. I called and talked to Dev and she fixed the order right away and even gave us a complimentary brownie for the mix up. She was so sweet about the whole thing and really made me feel accommodated
Conveinience at a great price and the pizza ! Nobody out pizzas the hut ! I watch college game day on ESPN and I love the signs people make and pizza hut is always there for the fans.
