Every time I call, Ms. Debbie answers in the most welcoming, friendly voice. When I need suggestions, she is very helpful. She even suggested I try a pizza that I normally wouldn't have chosen, and it was very tasty! Anytime there may be a delay, she let's me know that they are very busy so that I'm prepared and not expecting a delivery before its even possible. Pizza Hut gets 5 out of 5 stars, just for Ms. Debbie alone.
I grew up with Pizza Hut in the 1970s, but various people have wanted pizza from other places, so it wasn't my go-to for a long time. I'm back. Pizza Hut has great food at a great price, and best of all, if you want one that is 1/2 sausage, and 1/2 pepperoni, the two halves count as ONE ingredient, not two! Not that I'm naming names, competitors ...
I would first like to say that I didn’t want to write this review, but customer service gave me no choice because the problem was never resolved. I gagged when I pulled this out of my mouth. It nearly cracked my tooth. I have no idea what it is. A seed! Maybe. But, it doesn’t crunch—it’s hard as a rock. I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, black olives and peppers. What I got was disgusting to say the least. Had pizza hut resolved my issue by giving me a refund, or at least apologizing, this review may not exist. I owe it to other customers to read this. The manager told my husband that we were liars and that they don’t have seeds in their pizza. Well, duh!! No one put this there! I’m sure it was an accident or something happened where this ended u in the sauce (as it was covered by toppings), or something else. It happens all the time bc no restaurant is perfect. All they had to do was issue a refund (I believe it was only around $26, and I would be on my way—definitely not eating a pizza hut pizza for a long time. Unfortunately they told us to call pizza hut corporate, and no one has gotten back to us after weeks. Ridiculous. Do not go near this place. I don’t respect someone who doesn’t own up to a problem and figure out a solution.
Not sure where these fake 5-star reviews are coming from because our food was not good quality at all. The new spicy pepperoni pizza we ordered tasted like cardboard and it wasn’t even hot when we picked up the order smh. Won’t be back ugh.
Service was personal and professional. Food was AMAZING!!! A little pricy, but seafood this fresh was well worth it. Mom n pop feel. Fried food was NOT grease soaked. Sauces and dips are super fresh and tasty. Every dish we ordered stood on its own. Will be returning very soon for dinner.
Orion Peters was awesome! He took care of my pick up order and made sure I had everything I needed and even asked if I wanted to review my order for quality before I left. I don't know where yall found this guy but he deserves a raise! Warm greeting, welcoming attitude just all around great experience!!!
Made an order. They completely forgot to deliver it.... dude I'm out here in the cold with no food. I think I deserve a free pizza now.
I ordered 2 Large pizzas with jalapeno and Pineapple but I got 2 pizzas with jalapeno and some meat. We could not eat as we are vegetarians.
The person delivering was unmasked. The food was cold. The marinara cups are less than half the size they used to be! Charge way too much for stingy amounts of sauce. Not impressed. Pizza Hut has gone downhill since last I had it!
The pizza was cold when it was delivered. And being sick, I was hoping that my family could enjoy something warm while I am not able to cook.
