I ordered for delivery over an hour ago. I got a message stating that the order was on its way through Door Dash. I then get a message from the driver stating they are on the way to pickup the order. 20 mins later I get a message saying rhe order was delivered. It was not. I called the store and the guy states they do this a lot but to give it 10 mins and call back if it hasn't arrived (not helpful and dismissive). Waited 10 mins and called back again. This time a young lady answered the phone and said the same thing. After not accepting her first answer and explaining why I was upset, she offered a refund. I said yes please and she immediately hung up in my face (unprofessional and dismissive again). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. They are totally unprofessional and Door Dash has taken my food/not delivered on two separate occasions. Stop using them also, Pizza Hut. I can't dispute with Door Dash because I didn't order through them and don't have an order number. Just avoid this location altogether.
I called the local phone number and placed an order and driver arrived very soon. I apologized for only giving him a small tip but he told me that tip was the best thing that happened to him that day. We spoke for about 10 minutes and we were like minded and I was in such need to hear the things he said but neglected to ask for his name. I couple of days I called to place another order and the representative said they don't deliver to my address one mile away. I suppose it had to do with the northeast blizzard that affected supplies being delivered on time. But regardless of all that the food was hot and delicious.
I ordered a large thin and crispy, regular sauce and cheese with extra mushrooms and a medium the same way. I requested the crust be extra crispy on both. For both of the pizzas the crust was thin but cardboard-like texture. I love the way the toppings taste but the bottom of the crust is a disappointment.
Pizza was REALLY delicious. I have not been to a Pizza Hut in quite sometime and the pizza is much improved. Used to be kind of expensive but the Deals were very reasonable and included great options. Pizza was ready on time and staff was courteous despite being super busy. So many times this is not the case at most places with this current environment. Thanks!
add more ingredients and fully cook the dough. My pizza today was so doughy and so nasty. Had to to it throw away. It was a supreme pizza and 5 pepperonis and like dry out hamburger meat and sausage. Never again. Thank you
I've been ordering at this location for years. Always perfect food and service! The employees and drivers are always friendly and helpful! And my pizzas are always perfect and hot! Excellent service here!!!
Our pizza was very cold and not good at all. We asked for extra bacon and there was hardly any and what little there was, it was all fat. We were NOT impressed. And what happened to employees wearing masks?
she wanted pizza she said,PROMISE PIZZA next door.I said PH. Got both.Pizza Hut SUCKED!! Wasn't even what I ordered! Looked like a child greasy pepperoni! GROSS!PROMISE PIZZA WAS WINNER,ALL GONE.PH THREW out half. So gross?
I love my neighborhood Pizza Hut. They have always been there for me when I needed dinner fast or to satisfy my craving for pizza. Their staffs are a hard-working bunch and I am so glad they are right here in my neighborhood. Thanks, guys for being so awesome!
Ordered a big dinner box from this Pizza Hut and they got literally 2/3 pizzas wrong. They got the wings right but even those were horrible. I’ve had Pizza Hut from many different locations but this one really messed up. Pizza came cold like it had been sitting there for a while and the wings were the exact same. Will not order from this establishment again will stick to Dominos or Papa johns where they can actually get the order right.
