Placed an order online and followed the link for tracking provided in confirmation email. Gave a 15% tip for the driver as I live very close by and felt that was fair. I watched as the tracker showed the order was in transit. I watched out my front window for the delivery driver so I could answer the door and thank them but no driver came. Then the tracker showed the order as delivered. I called the store and the representative found the situation very humorous. I would avoid this store if you can, at least for delivery. They will steal your food and laugh at you when you call them out.
This is the 3rd time they delivered pizza in this condition. Burned, too much dough at edges and super thin in middle! It just fall apart while holding in hand.
I wish I could give 0 stars, I ordered 2 pizzas, one somehow made it, the other looks like someone threw it against a wall. The manager on the phone was very dismissive and I doubt I will actually get my refund she promised.
Unfortunately, The pizza seems like it was rushed when preparing , the toppings do not cover the center of the pizza.
Once again I had to send an email to the director of operations because this was the second time I had part of my order that was not correct. For some reason the people at this location cannot make garlic parmesan breadsticks, or garlic parmesan knots. I keep receiving PLAIN breadsticks & knots. NO seasoning whatsoever on them. I'm hoping the director of operations will be able to give me a refund this time instead of just two promo codes for free pizzas because I do not want to use this location again.

This store has messed up my order twice now. Once for my daughters birthday, they only sent 2 pizzas when I ordered 3. Now, I ordered a pepperoni on my way home from work, stopped by to pick it up 25 minutes later and they made the wrong pizza. I returned the pizza, they told me I could just keep it because I already walked out of the store before I realized their mistake, but then they ended up taking it back... So, I waited another 10ish minutes for my ACTUAL order, and it was slopped together last minute, barely any cheese on it. Truly a waste of my time, and $20 for terrible pizza. But from now on, I will be taking my business down the road. Please get it together. Is there someone in charge here???
The WORST papa johns location you will ever encounter.They constantly refuse to deliver due to ‘technical difficulties’ or will take your order and then hang up on you and give you attitude when you call back.Any time I have gotten a pizza from this store it’s so late it’s cold on multiple occasions.They close the entire store when getting any kind of busy…. As someone who works in the service industry myself - if the workers can’t keep up with the work- why are they still employed there?? just a thought.
Updating review. I had given up on this place before the Lockdown. And to be fair, I didn't expect much now since I know how difficult delivery has been for pizza places since the Pandemic. But I had no choice and needed to order a couple of pizzas during the lunch rush for someone working at our house. The delivery came exactly at the time the store estimated and the pizza was fresh. I can't ask for more than that from pizza delivery right now.
Usually pretty quick about order-to-pickup times, although I have canceled the an order or two that was estimated at 55+ min.So far order accuracy is 100%
