Be very careful ordering food before they close, my husband and I ordered the same thing last night, throwing up and very sick today, they leave the food out to long, will never ever be back!

I I really appreciate customer service and Eduardo has done an excellent job at setting not only a positive vibe but also changing other peoples attitudes! Wow this place was ecstatic I’ve been coming here for some time now and I can definitely see a change for the better on the rise. Don’t loose what a great leader Panda Express has! Amazing job to him and the crew.This message comes from my heart I am truly grateful for the outstanding customer service :)

Basically I had to wait 20 mins for fried rice at opening of store! And gave me white rice.

Worst customer service experience ever. I was prompted to wait 5 minutes for my food and told to "come back", granted they have parking spots for guest to wait and employees run the food out. After going back in the drive-thru I get greeted with hostily from the cashier demanding a code without even asking how she can help me or what my business was. I politely told her once that I don't have a code and without a chance to explain I was interrupted by the young lady stating she can't give me any food unless I had a code. She then proceeds to walk away saying "I'm not dealing with this under her breath". The "manager" then steps up with the food after realizing their mistake. I request for a FULL REFUND and she asks "why?" As if dumb founded why someone would request that. She states that "company policy states they don't do refunds". To the two ladies who I interacted on 1/10/22 at 8:25pm you are the prime example as to why companies lose business for your lack of customer service and inability to perform your job, when there's more science to cleaning a toilet than operating a cash register but your incompetence to perform your job and lazy, disrespectful attitude is why guest don't return and your store has a 3.4 star rating and quickly dwindling. Avoid this store at all cost and go to the chick-fil-a next door, even mcdonals offers better service.To the GM, Reginal partner or corporate - evaluate thoroughly the applicants that apply.

They really are fast getting you through the line and their outdoor space for eating is very nice.

If I could give this Round Rock Site a negative I would. They get orders wrong, food subpar compared to other sites and first time I called to speak to someone about this and customer service by Eduardo the manager or general manager, (he said he was ) is extremely rude. Wasteof time, gas, and money. Avoid this panda express site!

The line wasn't long. Good service. The food was really good. It was worth the price.

The other Panda Empress's I go are good customer service, some of the employees that work here have a listening problem & the female with tattoos and glasses that works their seems rude and in childish mood.
