i ordered teriyaki chicken and white rice and orange chicken with fried rice and they got my teriyaki order right but gave me another teriyaki instead of orange chicken, and they didn’t give me a straw for my drink, it says orange chicken on the receipt i don’t get it how do u get that wrong
I love picking up here as a driver. They have the system down and get the food out fast.

This Panda Express has a unique issue - it's food doesn't taste like all the other Greater-Austin area Panda Express'. Take food (specifically Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Chow Mein) from a great majority of Panda Express' in the greater Austin area and they all taste alike. This is intentional for Panda Express, they want the food at all of their restaurants to be mirror-like. This particular restaurant tastes different to the point I am positive a professional sensory evaluator could pick it out of a lineup 100% of the time. If I had to guess, it may be a franchise location while the others are corporate. It may be a owner / operator / main cook who is using different ingredients or intentionally changing the recipes methodology. The point is, this particular location has subjectively worse tasting food for a lot of people that regularly eat Panda Express.
I love Panda Express for many years…I will highly recommend it, the drive thru area goes fast.
For some ODD reason they skimp on the entrees like you’re stealing food from their own plates. They skimp so badly I stopped using their drive through and had to ask for extra each every time I went there for about a month. They do not care AT ALL. Not to mention how crazy they look at you when you ask kindly for more. I’m underweight and still get fat shamed but their staff for wanting more. It’s not like I’m not gonna PAY FOR IT. I’m a HUMAN and have an ACTUAL appetite and want my order to match.

Awful customer service. Order take out for lunch, when I got to work and opened the food. They gave me an incorrect order. I couldn't eat it since it tasted bad and its not what I ordered and paid for. Called and was told to come back and they will give me a reimbursement. Went after work to be told they were only going to give me a 10% discount on my next purchase. I just wanted what I ordered or a reimbursement since I couldn't eat my food.
