There was a 30 minute wait but once seated the joy began. As a chain, the selection is vast and portions are decent. Our server was personable and quick but I did have to ask her refills (soup, salad, and water) during the visit. I think it would have been great if she checked in when she noticed empty cups, bowls, or plates. Otherwise, it was a pleasant visit.
The food was good, hot, and prompt. We were a group of 10 and Emilio our server was a badass. He was very quick with his responsiveness, had it well under control and made sure to check up on us frequently. He seemed to enjoy his line of work and take pride in it and it showed with how he handled the table. He's a server this place should try to keep around as hard as possible. This was a very pleasant experience and one I would recommend.
Lunch specials are a good deal but often I order the regular portions so I can have some good soup as well. Could eat about a half dozen bread sticks with dipping sauce all by myself .Very attentive wait staff at this location and I wish I could remember the name if the guy who waited on us.The cappuccino is pretty dang good to top it all off.
I visited the Round Rock (TX) Olive Garden today around 3:15 pm. The greeter asked how many persons and I replied two. We were led to the bar area. I immediately asked to be seated inside the restaurant, and was told it would be a 20 minute wait. This was a lie. There was hardly anyone in the establishment at the time. The couple that was in front of us was led into the main section within seconds. This ruined my experience, and the table was not properly cleaned. However, our waiter did a great job. I didn't want to upset my Wife (she is from China), but we most likely will avoid this restaurant.
I always love the atmosphere here. They really know how to make you feel welcome. Usually come here for date night with the hubby. Servers are very friendly, and attentive.
We had Ray C as our wait person and he was very professional, curious and pleasant. Even though he had several other tables he kept checking on use making sure we didn't need anything. Such maturity is rare in a young adult. We really appreciated him serving us. Thank you. He is an assist to Olive Garden. Treat him good! The Rodriguez Family RR2
After an extremely strong start with excellent appetizers and minestrone soup the entrées were a disappointment.Not impalatable in any way but the lasagna and chicken alfredo were bland and underseasoned compared to the previous dishes.
Our waiter and food were amazing. Unfortunately, the ladies bathroom was absolutely disgusting. I took my 6yr old in there before we sat down and out of the 4 bathroom stalls, 2 could be used. I complained to the hostesses right away and she apologized, told me she was aware and would notify the manager immediately. We had a lovely dinner and went to the bathroom before leaving only to find NOTHING had been done. Just over an hour had passed and now only 1 stall was usable. That to me is completely unacceptable and for that reason we will never go to this location again.**sorry for the gross photos but people need to see this, it makes me wonder how the rest of the facility is being cared for ??**
Was a experience, we always enjoy Olive Garden food and atmosphere. Server was attentive and food excellent as always. Roundrock at lunch was a great time to go. No real waiting but about 10 minutes
Food is very tasty.We ordered chicken alfredo and their salad came included with it.We ordered tiramisu cake for dessert.We liked their quality, will visit again
