This McDonalds is one of the worst in the area and has the rudest manager for a fast food restaurant that I have ever met. She will leave the dining room unlocked and yell at you stating it's closed. She screws up nearly every order and is slow. The board in the photo I attached shows they're like 14 out of 16 and it shows. I have no idea how this manager still has her job. I assume it's because McDs is desperate for people.
9:30 at night and your lobby doors are locked but someone has their kids in there running all over the place. Now I’m waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting for a DoorDash order and my customer is PISSED. What kind of business are you running??
You don't go to McDonald's for a 5 star experience, but this place shouldn't even get 1 star because they can't even get orders PARTIALLY right. Multiple times they have left whole meals off of orders. Ordered $45 in meals today for multiple people, three meals were completely missing. This place needs new management.
We got expired apples in our Happy Meals. Today is April 6th, the apples expired on March 29th. I only noticed because they tasted so bad my kids spit them out (as did I).\\nI tried to call a couple times to let them know, but no one ever answered the phone.
Horrible service. The line is always backed up. The workers and manager yell at the customers. The always get orders wrong.Im writing the review because the manage locked the door during dinner rush because they were too busy but then YELLED AT A CUSTOMER for trying to come in. Once the Whataburger is build on this road, this McDonalds will go out of business. I hope McDonald’s shuts down this restaurant for how bad it is.
The people that work here are perfectly lovely. My issue is that there is usually only 1 LANE OPEN EVER. Why??? Chick-Fil-A has zero issues with maintaining 2 lanes, you have two lanes so why are we forced into one longggg line? If you need more workers, HIRE THEM. You Altai room away biscuits and gravy and all day breakfast so let’s get with the program shall we?
The majority of times I’ve been here, they always get the order wrong. It’s amazing that these kids want more pay. I really need to learn my lesson and quit going to these places.
Chicken did not cover the whole bun. Either side, of chicken, no meat. It's a hamburger size bun , lettuce spilling out , so messy to eat. See how big it is in the TV ad!!! No pickles, lettuce not spilling out. Got a very messy sandwich. Last 3 bites of just bun, lettuce.
Disappointed, long wait to order. Order was correct almost. Long wait to window to receive food, buger was under cooked again. Was charged for extra dipping sauce, when starting to asked about it was dismissed and told it was in the bag. There was no sauce in the bag.
I did app order.mc double n fry.35 minutes later after I checked in.3 people ask for my code.The manager comes to 3rd window with 2 big bags n a Frap.I before accepting food said I didnt order this.She said yes you did Im done with you.I ask her to check again.Finally got my order.A little kid burger and all scrap fries.As a nurse I had no lunch time left.
