Drive thru was at a stand-still today with at least 10cars waiting (when I drove up), so I went inside and ordered from the kiosk, a log sweet tea, med fry, and cheeseburger w/ extra pickles & onions.... Waited 20min prior to having to leave because I #WFH and has to go back to work, basically paying for a meal I NEVER received. They have a sign up for $13/hr to start, you can't live off that.... May be better will get this location more employees. I'm furious!!!!
About one of the most informative orientation that I've been to so far..friendly, caring and kind staff my manager Cora was compassionate very knowledgeable about the company and its history of the owners she was detailed about each job task from the beginning until the end.I'm excited about joining this company and hopefully make it a career.Thanks!
Internet says breakfast all day, not so. Took a long time to get any service behind counter.No breakfast after 10:30. My wife said not what internet says. Person behind counter said where does it say that. Take to long to look it up so we left. Stupid you can't fry eggs all day. Jack in the Box breakfast all day. McDonalds is nothing but sorry food! Never to return!!
Cruz helped me out today pretty damn well and he didn't even know it. I got the 10pc spicy nuggets and didn't realize I was asked by my wife for a 20pc, quite a few times. I went in thinking I would wait a while for a refund or some hassle about processing and instead he helped me out quick and convenient. I was back on the road with my hungry family enjoying my day off. Thanks bro
Stopped by the actual restaurant which was fully opened including inside dining. I was happy that I could eat inside because my car was having the state inspection next door at the Chevron gas station. Very convenient.
Four of the past five times I’ve come here I’ve waited 15-30minutes for my order. All the times I have used the order online and pick up at the parking space thinking it would save time. I know sometimes they are short staffed but lies are unacceptable. Drive thru gets priority, I know this because I sat in my car and I saw drive thru cars come and go. The manager is not much help. Don’t use the app, they don’t pay any attention to it when they are short staffed. And if you are on a break or lunch, might I suggest another establishment.

Most efficient, detail-oriented and friendly McD's in Round Rock! I'm done with the Palm Valley and AW Grimes location forever. This is my new go-to. Amazing job y'all!
Went during lunch time to get a sausage egg mcmuffin, and they said they only serve lunch items. One of the only reasons I was going to McDonald's was because I could order breakfast. Might have to try Jake-in-the box.
