Forget about fast food, no dine in, still coronavirus? Seriously? Enough time to make reviews...

Had to repeat each metal ordered because the order taker couldn't remember " 10 piece meal, medium, with a coke" to enter it, and the beverage person didn't pass buttons on the lid to let us know Coke vs. Dr. Pepper, and when we asked, answered "I don't know which is which, man." And we got someone else's food in the bag. 0 stars if I could.

Used curbside for my order placed via the app. The restaurant was not particularly busy.After a longer than expected wait of close to 15 minutes my order was delivered to my car abruptly by someone who appeared to be management(dress shirt and tie). The order was quickly handed to me without any confirmation about who I was or what was in the order. I immediately noticed an extra coffee and tried to inquire. But did not have a chance before he walked off. I had an extra coffee and a apple fritter I did not order. There was also no ketchup or salt for my fries so I had to go through the drive through to get the salt and ketchup.But before I could backup, the same guy came up to my window again, handed me a sack and walked off. Wt...? It contained 2 cheeseburgers that were not mine. Luckily the guy in the car next to me thought that maybe it was his order so he approached me and I was able to give him his food.The whole thing was very unprofessional.I find myself wondering when the fast food restaurants are going to try to achieve the standards that they had pre-covid. I think the people of the U.S. have been very patient and forgiving during this Covid even. But it is time for all businesses to get back to, at least, the professional service levels we enjoyed before the Covid disaster. Let's step it up, Pros.

I honestly, don't get it! I often order thru uber eats. And most of the time I'm always missing an item. This is really bad. Customer service is poor. I kept telling myself not to order from this location thru uber eats. However, my kids loves the foods. This isn't the first time this ever happened its been like this most often when I order. When I'm missing an item and make a phone call to settle it they usually will say its in the bags , we've double check already. And I would say the uber driver wouldn't take any of item since the bags are not ripped open. And when I try to address the issue with them nicely whoever on that line would give me an harsh tone, like how rude? I hope for future reference they don't this . I do not care whether ya'll having a rush hour with orders or whatever.. Please make sure the orders are always good to go before handling it away.It's really disappointing.

The first time I've been there it was good, no issues but my card. Ever goes through when I do a mobile app order......today apparently they couldn't count and didn't give me the correct. They gave us the right change but then argued that they had a coin shortage and it had nothing to do with that.

I went today and let me tell you it doesn't matter how many times you repeat the order they still get it wrong ? plus the additude OMG they should really look into hiring more nice people because the lady that was on the drive thru where you get the food yeah she had a very ugly additude and manners please I stopped by at around 1:30 pm I know everyone is short of staff but that has nothing to do with manners or being polite just saying and this happens every time we go they get an order wrong or they're just rude mainly the ladies

I'm really disappointed in how much it now cost to eat at mc Donald, I understand everything is going up but coffee and espresso only for. $8.95 not acceptable....

This location is terrible. I sat outside for like 15 minutes waiting on a mobile order. The employees have terrible attitudes and just shrug their shoulders when you ask them questions. When you try to call and speak to a manager they don’t answer the phone. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Order online at 11 when they claim to be open until midnight. After waiting 15 minutes in line they close early at 11:20. They refuse to open the glass to talk to me, refund me, or let me speak to a manager. Why did I bother placing to “skip the line” when people pulling up after I ordered able to get their food and not mine I payed for. If its past 10, don’t bother coming even if it says midnight on here. Call them first, lazy workers with a parking lot full of paying customers will be turned away.

They only get 4 stars because of Biden. Slightly understaffed. Not really the locations fault I don't think. Slower than this location used to be but so aren't most fast food chains now...?‍♂️
