After waiting 20 minutes for our mobile order, they forgot the meat on three of our cheeseburgers. Super disappointed.
Ordered through the app to get it picked up curbside. Not busy at all and it still took 20+ minutes and no one else got their food yet. One person went inside and an employee came out with what looked like my order but went to the person that was here before me. Then they went back inside and another 5 minutes goes by before that person got their food. Then the employee come back out and gave me my food but it was half wrong and my soda’s ice was almost entirely melted and it tasted watered down. The person who got their food before me went back to get their order fixed but I didn’t see them for another 5 minutes. I wonder how many orders this McDonald’s have gotten wrong just today.
Worst McDonalds ever. About 15 minutes after I ordered, I made my way to the counter and asked when my order was coming out; somehow, they had accidently deleted my order, so they were not even working on it. Then the lady was extremely rude telling me it would be prepared after all the others in the que. I watched an elderly man walk in and stand at the counter waiting to order for more than 15 minutes, and not once did anyone come take his order; he ended up leaving empty handed. Horrible customer service.
I left a little early (30 mins.) for work on the morning of 5/10/ 2022 just so I could go through the drive through and get breakfest to eat on the go. Their drivethrough was so slow that by the time I finally got my food I had to rush to get to work on time. Got to work at just a minute to spare. This establishment needs to get thier drivethrough straightend out. My calm ride to work became a mad stressful rush through traffic to get to work just because of their inability to opperate a drive through. I sure wished things would have turned out differntly so i could count on stopping there in the future mornings as it is on my way. However the food isn't good enough to go through that again.
Do not order curbside for your mobile orders. I’ve tried twice now and waited over 15 minutes both times, including going inside to inquire about food once it says it’s finalized (and I have no food).
Why do I keep stopping here after avoiding this place for months at a time? Because it's conveniently located at times that I need convenience and am in a rush so I temporarily forget that this place is terrible. Why does curbside take 23 minutes and they regularly forget my drinks when the food finally does come out? How come they're always out of Dr. Pepper syrup and wait for me to tell them, after they've served me a nasty drink, that they are out of syrup? Without asking me, why did they substitute frappuccino mocha mix on my Sunday because they were out of hot fudge and think that that would taste good? Why when I ordered a mocha frappuccino and they mistakenly gave me a caramel mocha frappuccino did they try to convince me that it was an upgrade and I should just take it instead of immediately correcting my order? I don't like caramel! That's why I didn't order it in the first place! I can't with this place! Silver lining... good fries and my mom likes them.
Most horribly run McDonald's on earth. They randomly decide to close the inside of the restaurant whenever they feel like it, without posting any kind of signage. At the same time they leave only one drive thru lane open. So you have people parking to go inside, only to realize they have to try and get into the drive thru lane that's already backed up down the busy main road. I can only imagine how many accidents occur here because of the absolute mess the management has created.
They can only take orders from one side of the drive thru. So I wait 15 minutes while 5 cars in the other lane ordered. Then the order was wrong so I had to correct it at the first window. Then get to the second window and it is still wrong. I asked where my milk was and was told check the receipt as she slammed the window shut and wouldn’t open it back up. Minimum wage gets minimum effort but wow that was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Five stars because the flurry machine was up and running and made me an amazing mcflurry!!! I had avoided the snack for 10 years or so, because I used to not like the taste of Oreos and the M&M one (not offered anymore) would freeze the m&ms. Now that I like the Oreo taste, I thought I'd try a late night snack before they closed. It was amazing. 5/5 and I'm very happy they were serving so many people so efficiently only 30 minutes before they closed.
Don't use the mcdonalds app for the 1850 e palm valley location. U don't get a confirmation email and the employees try make u look stupid. Horrid service! Go somewhere else like Whataburger for ur food.
