That in line at the drive-thru for over 15 minutes while three other cars in the other lane were helped and was continuously ignored when setting hello trying to get somebody's attention since I had been sitting there the longest compared to these other people I highly recommend you either hire people or make your take out drive through people learn how to take people's orders correctly. Drive thru orders were quick today at this location during peak hours they always keep the line moving and serve hot ? food with ? and always great packing. The only concern was shake which I preferred to order was not being available at this McDonald's location. Overall experience was good. ? ? nuggets ?
This is second time they messed up my order at this location. Here is a happy meal with no bun which is not my order. I very much like the bun for my kids.
I try not to come to this McDonald’s because the service most the time sucks… If they don’t mess up my order they end up being rude… on one occasion I was on the second lane and The lines were big and The young lady passed me up by four cars I finally just went forward and gave her my order at the window she was purposely skipping me, I know they have cameras and they can obviously see me waiting. Anyhow Once I went up to the window to order she was laughing and asked me to go back around…. I explained and said no I was skipped 4 times she knew what she did and she didn’t care at all. Today I guess they now close at 11 sharp which is understandable but I was not aware of it so the guy tells me we’re close so I tried to say oh OK when he yelled we’re closed again which was not necessary even my kids said why did he yell at you… I simply said he must be having a bad day.
Quick run for kid food before practice. Nice and hot. No line at drive thru. Nice folks at both windows.
I dont really like mcdonalds but my brother and nieces and kids do.
Drive thru so busy. They didn't include mustard packets as I requested but biscuit was hot and tasty.
Polite. Effectively moving people through the drive through despite a major rush. Food was cooked, drink was iced. Lose a star for not giving a napkin with my order.
Horrible service. 2 rude managers working in the evening of 10-12-2021 @444pmMy family and I will NEVER return to this ugly service. So sad this McDonald's use to be great
Be prepared to check your order before driving away from this McDonald's. I need to stop going to this one because my personal experience hasn't been good at all. The staff turnover is disheartening and the construction surrounding it isn't helping. Ordering lunch for kids is usually a breeze but my orders here consistently come back short several items & I'm sick of repaying for their errors.I rarely leave reviews this critical, but this one is unfortunately well-deserved.
