Mas Fajitas in Round Rock on JoeDimaggio is highly, highly recommended and I’ll tell you why. Last month and this month, we held our evening social for GRRAWNS here. (Georgetown, Round Rock, Austin Metro Women’s Networking Social)The staff and management is absolutely amazing! Fredie was our server both times and he remembered my exact order from a month ago. I was super impressed. His service is fast, he is so nice, and I love that he remembered us from last month!Antonio graciously helped me when I thought I lost my cell phone at the restaurant. He was super sweet! The food is wonderful and drinks are always great! I love that they have a back room where you can close the door too. Thank you Mas Fajitas for being so awesome!
My wife and I very much enjoyed the food from this restaurant when we had it for the first time as a takeout order at my son's house. We figured if the food was that tasty as carry out, imagine how much better it would be served piping hot at the restaurant. My wife had the chicken quesadillas. They were packed with tender and tasty chicken. She also had a peach margarita which she said was tasty and not outrageously over priced.I had a chilli relenos stuffed with ground beef. I loved it since I have not been able to order that item at my "usual" Mexican restaurant due their cutting back on their menu during the outset of the COVID-19 virus and never returning it to the menu.I also treated myself to some frozen ice cream which was very generous and very tasty. All in all, it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Great service. Nice and clean and bright. Lots of parking and even a drive thru. The food portions are large. The cost per plate is between $10-$20. The food was really good, but overly salted. I like salty food, but this took away from the taste of the dishes we had. And that was a shame because the food can stand without the extra hefty dose of sodium. I didn’t want to take away a star for that since we’ve only been there once. Otherwise, it was a great experience. Pictured is the Spicy Cowboy fajitas.
Fatima was our server and was very attentive. Especially after we told her we would write this survey until after we ate our food. I really liked the chips and salsa. Most places have tomatoe sauce tasting salsa but this one was good. The Carne aside was tender but needed more salt. Overall is was good. My girlfriend had enchiladas Verde and they were very good. Little more Verde sauce would be nice. The chicken Tortilla soup is really good. Great flavors there. We would definitely come back again. Had a side of the habinero sauce and that unfortunately was not spicy at all.
The food-2-go server, Galilea, was very generous. There was a nice crowd, as is usual for that time of day. Fast service. As usual.
Margaritas were great. Chips, salsa and guacamole—yum! Service by Kayla…excellent!
Tasty!! I actually really liked the chicken flautas. Everything was good! The place seemed really popular too.
Edit:Okay, I had to come back an update, my original review was a 3-star because the service was not very good. But now we have become regulars all thanks to Erica. She is an amazing waitress. We request her every time we go because it's during our lunch break, and she gets us out just in time. She even knows my order, which makes it even faster. So go check them out! It's definitely worth it. Food is really good and I recommend this place to everyone.
