Very nice staff, thanks ?. When it comes to the flavor i am disappointed or I may have set the bar too high. I drove from braker lane & 35 so I was expecting a lot more Louisiana flavor but it's ok because the staff was really nice. Don't think it's worth that drive again but thank you nice ppl ? ooooh & they have some nice size TVs & the patio is awesome ?
OMG! The Best! We loved it and the Family’s own Bayou Sauce is full of garlic, lemon pepper , a great sweetness with a spicy bite.Great Service, Great food, Great Place - need more seating is all. Enjoy, a lb of crab is a good meal

This is a great find! Happened to see it while in the area, and I am glad we stopped by. Food was fresh, very quick, and delicious. My group did softshell crab and shrimp baskets. All were great. Shrimp was tender with a crisp breading. Ended with beignets that were fluffy and delicious.
Best customer service I've had in the area. Very kind and friendly family-owned franchise. Great price point, good food.For those who worry about that sort of thing they fry everything in vegetable oil, so heads up.
Came in from Houston to Kalahari resort. Refusing to pay RIDICULOUS prices for food there... Traveled one mile to crab shack. Was met with FANTASIC service and even better food. Catfish poboy, chicken tenders, snow crab, crawfish, shrimp basket, calamari and alligator bites...Will definitely be back!!! FAMILY OWNED RECIPE SHOULD BE BOTTLED FOR SALE!!
Came on a slow evening and I was skeptical, but we ordered Shack 1 and 2 and many others and the food and customer service experience was excellent!! So I came here to write a review! Definitely coming back!

This place is a must go. They just opened and it's a familial restaurant. The food is fantastic and you pay the same price than for red lobster but with so much more food on your plate and a better quality. You leave the place with a full belly and a sense of satisfaction because the food is delicious. It's a place where you choose what you want to eat and they serve the crab,etc in a bag that you open and share with your friends/family. It's a MUST GO!
Round Rock location: The 3 stars are ONLY because of the excellent customer service. I called to order my food and it was waiting for me when I arrived. The po boy looked good but I could not taste the crab. The sandwich had no flavor, and while eating, the bread got soggy from the Mayo.
