Don’t know where to start but this wasn’t even an experience… I had to emergency wise approached the drive thru window, because the lobby is close 45 minutes prior to closing.I’ve also noticed that most KFCs, still have this ridiculous policy still going that no customer is allow to use the restrooms. Man it’s one of my favorite chicken joints, however it’s been long since I write a review.After I pleaded with the attendant that I am a trucker and still wouldn’t help me, thru the drive up window; something about its a liability, I’m cool, but could have at least offer me to real quick open the door so I could place my order.After I was walking away the manager came outside trying to get me back… the damage was already done, sorry guys but you guys need to lear courtesy which is pretty understandable for the chicken chain you guys work… let me hence the restrooms Bull policy.
Stopped here for grilled chicken and found out that they do not have grilled chicken anymore. What's worse is the guy at the window told me that I can go to Austin to get it.
Took my daughter for the first time. so she had no idea what to get. Male Worker was annoyed that we needed a moment to order. Asked again if we were ready to order. I expalined we need a minute to see what we want, since she has never been here and its been over 10 yrs for me. Told us that they sell chicken and decided to talk to us like we were dumb. Explaing the different parts of the chicken. Example wing is the wing the breast is the middle and the legs are the legs where feet are even dropped an f bomb..really. We left and did not order. She wanted to cry. This is horrible service. That first impression did not go well.
Showed up at 10:25 and waited at the speaker for almost 5 minutes with no response. Uber support reached out to confirm the closure and the restaurant confirmed they were open and had the order ready. I immediately went through the drive thru and no one responded I waited for 30 minutes as they shut down and went home after preventing me from canceling the order and going about my job for 20+ minutes. The manager needs to be fired. They can answer the phone for Uber support but not the person calling your drive thru immediately after saying you're open and waiting for me?
Sat and waited 30 mins for chicken. Tons of other cars just passed us by! Finally had to go inside with receipt and pretty much beg for 3 meals ?♀️

It says they’re open but nobody working Drive thru and the dining room was completely closed down, doors locked. Sat at the speaker for over 5 min waiting for someone to come on but nobody came over to take my order and multiple ppl in line. Drove around to go inside and the doors were locked.
I never had KFC before today and honestly I should have never tried it. Trashiest fast food I’ve ever had and I’ve had a roach in my food before. I’ve I can give 0 stars I would. The white guy with the beard was nice enough to remake the food just so I can get home and still be disappointed. I got a chicken sandwich.. the guy literally put a full chicken breast with the bone in between 2 pieces of bread. Terrible food.
Went here with my girlfriend for dinner around 5:30pm or so and ordered a 5 tender box and a famous bowl meal.Got it, pulled into the parking lot to check and they forgot basically half of the order. Cookie, biscuit, fries and sauce were missing. They also gave her the wrong drink and didn’t give utensils for the bowl meal.Not to mention everything was cold and soggy.They gave us the biscuit, fries and cookie but forgot everything else on our second drive through and still gave the wrong drink without any proper apology.Stick to Cane’s, this place was awful.
Placed my order at the drive thru, got it like normal. We pulled into a parking spot to check it and found we were missing 4 items and my drink was the wrong drink. If it were just the drink I wouldn't have made a fuss and just gone home but missing that many items was definitely an annoyance, went back through the drive thru and Informed them I was missing my fries, biscuit, cookie, dipping sauce(all included with the meal) and that my drink was the wrong drink. When we got to the window we told them what we were missing. The manager (I assume) gave us a bag with a cookie and a biscuit, and gave me a second drink. This one was the right flavor but smaller size than I originally ordered. Still missing our sauce and extra fries. I have been in customer service for many years. I am sympathetic to people who make mistakes. It happens, we're human, but not even an apology, or to make sure that it was correct the 2nd time is definitely unacceptable. I was annoyed so I just went home not wanting to fight about it, location wasn't very busy (no wonder why) and I think the guys taking orders were new. I'll stick with Raising Canes from now on. Avoid this location.
