Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed with both the staff and their lack of customer service. 5 out of my 5 orders were incorrect, they completely forgot one order, gave me the wrong flavor for another, I paid for sour spray on my order and when I didn’t receive it the first time, I asked again and she took my order, disappeared for a few seconds and came back with the exact same order without sour spray AGAIN. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. As a loyal customer for over 5 years, I will NEVER be returning to this establishment, nor will I ever recommend anyone waste their money here.
Busy spot on a summer Saturday afternoon so definitely plan on a wait but the heavy misters keep temps manageable. Nice staff working hard, reasonable prices, lots of flavors, good job saturating ice adequately, kids are asking to go back the next day ? We will be back.
Rude young girls working there, I asked for a cup because my sons ice cream was melting to fast, the girl gave me a dirty look and said no. He wouldn't eat it there is no trash outside so I asked if they could throw it away for me the girl rolled her eyes and said yuck I guess. The drink I had was amazing to bad we wont be going back, it could have been a nice treat on a hot day but I won't go back with that kind of rudeness.
First time coming here after my boyfriend recommended it. Staff was very friendly, there's tons of flavors to choose from, and the shaved ice was really tasty.There were quite a few been flying around the tables outside. Obviously not the fault of the establishment- just something to keep an eye out for.We will definitely be back!
It was my first time going...ordered shavrd ice and shakes for me, my teen daughter, her friend, and my other kiddos. Someone recommended the unicorn special on Yelp teviews so I had to try it, and I LOVE it!! will be going back again over the Summer!
The shaved ice is yummy and the young ladies are nice but omg the wait ? it’s always a 20+ minute wait. I come here a lot and it’s always this way. I guess I come here thinking, “Today will be the day we get a shaved ice in less than 10-15 mins!”.
The strawberry flavor wasn't that good. The orange one was AMAZING!!
Hot day? Cold day? Wednesday? Which ever day it is, no matter what, this shaved ice shack sells the best! Never let down, never slow and always aiming to please!I love the mix of, Spearmint-Vanilla, Yum!
This is our second time visiting here and it had me feeling a little disappointed. I was expecting more then cups of flavored ice because our first experience was a much better one. Maybe it was only because of the person making the slushes. I would have asked for more juice when buying the drinks if I’d known that I needed to, and wouldn’t have minded paying for it either. Next time maybe
Went out really wanting a snow cone today. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the girl was very nice… The snow cones were flavorless had hardly any syrup in it and when I asked for extra she gave it to me but it made no difference at all!! It tasted like ice with literally zero flavor .... now mind you I got two flavors mixed together so that's bad when I couldn't even taste one flavor much less two. Sorry but I won't be returning again.
