Service was fair, but all the food I've ever eaten here is pretty marginal. No real spice in any of it; kinda overpriced and upcharge for any additions like tortillas or onions added to nachos.

Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch. The food was amazing. Service was outstanding. Highly recommended this place.

Usually they have a line of people waiting, but lucky us today....The speed of getting served was fairly quick, the staff were friendly and listening to customer's questions.Free Chips and Salsa are tasty...Ordered: Chicken Quesadilla & Chicken Chile Relleno.

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious lunch today at the Juarez Bakery in Round Rock. The food, music, atmosphere, and attentive service made this a relaxing, delightful meal. We were glad to take home a box of their wonderful Mexican sweet breads, too. This owner-run bakery/restaurant is an institution in Central Texas. It was well worth the short drive from Austin.

Been a loyal customer for atleast a decade. They serve tamales with a Chile con Carne, that I'm willing and always say "I will pay extra" for. She will refuse to sell it to go. She asked if I wanted salsa instead. So I settled and said yes. Then she added $4.50 to the bill. I asked if the tamales came with salsa and she said yes, but sold me a second for the other dozen. Why if I bought 2 dozen? Very unpleasant experience today.

Menudo was very tasty. Full of flavor and tripe was cleaned very well. I prefer mine to be cut in smaller pieces but it was very good. Bakery was great.

Juarez has a friendly staff. The person I had kept tabs on my table so I did not go in want. The food was properly cooked and the portion filled me up.

Great food!! Loved the shredded chicken , creamy poblano sauce. The Mexican bread is one of the best places... You might get lucky and get them just out of the oven.

Very disappointed. We asked the waitress if the tortillas were homemade and she replied the flour tortillas were so we got excited. Food comes and when I open the foil all I got was a whiff of fake store bought tortillas. The portion on the plate was small. We spent 45 bucks for 2 and left hungry.

Definitely a good place to eat and they have a wonderful bakery with delicious pastries! Parking can get a little tight as they have another good restaurant in the same shopping center.
