Showed up an hour before closing I understand staff wants to go home when it gets close to closing, time so I was sure to order quickly. As soon as we walked in the hostess was busy wiping windows and had a major attitude when we walked in and did a whole lot of huffing and puffing and didn’t even speak or great us. I tried to remain friendly I still said hello and how are you today? table for 3 please the hostess remained silent and slapped 3 menus in his hand and said follow me, followed with more eye rolling.We ordered quickly, within 5 minutes of being seated. Waiter was quick but I wouldn’t say he was helpful or friendly either, he was preoccupied assisting in cleaning and helping with the process of closing. Again I understand people are tired and want to go home, But He didn’t check on us at all. Now let’s talk about the food .. it was a bucket of hot trash!! There was absolutely NO seasoning on it was bland and plain it tasted like it was just boiled in some water thrown in a bucket and sprinkled with one flick of the wrist of old bay. 3 meals and all disappointing I would have been happier staying home and ordering a pizza. I’ll never come here again. My tab was almost $200 terrible experience and Huge waste of money.

If you want amazing coconut shrimp and tropical sauce do not go here! Go to CHEDDARS!!! My husband and I used to really like this place! We would get the coconut shrimp and plum sauce and it was really good. However over the last couple of years hey have been extremely understaffed and service is not great. Also they completely changed their coconut shrimp and plum sauce and it is not worth paying for.
This place advertises curbside pickup. They don’t provide this service. I drove all the way to Round Rock and they refused to provide curbside.I wrote in several times! Today I finally got a phone call. He apologized and offered nothing for the inconvenience.I was going to be placing a huge order for a get together. I was also going to place orders for other large events in the future. According to the reviews I’m not missing out. Sounds like the food quality is horrible.

This place is a big no for me. I went there twice - and twice it was an incredible disappointment.First time we were at the bar and ordered fried calamari and margarita. Margarita was horrible and calamari where overcooked.The second time I decided not to take risks and ordered Prosecco. But even this turned out to be a big disappointment because it was clear that the bottle had been opened a couple of days before I ordered it. And the food was overcooked again.Two stars only because our server was super friendly and helpful.
I would give our food and waitress 5 stars, they were amazing. The only reason it's not 5 overall is because the host did a really bad job at seating people, he didn't keep track of people he had already seated so he kept calling out the same names multiple times and we kept having to tell him they had already been seated. Also it took him a long time to even get our names to be seated so it took a long time before we were seated despite there being several clean and empty tables around to which made the wait unnecessary.
My family and I went to this Joe’s on Saturday for a late birthday celebration for myself. The food was horrible. The shrimp was over cooked so they were hard to peel and the potatoes was so mushy. It had been a while since our last visit and now I remembered why. $145.00 wasted!

So gone are the days a restaurant actually sells the weight they promise. Crab legs were so salty that they were almost inedible. They gave me two and a half small potatoes one piece of corn I think that was about it. With two hunks of crab legs and one claw. The cost was like $45. Ridiculous. I was so disappointed. My sweetheart had the steak and it was not great. We had great wait stuff And that's the only reason why they got a star. Prepandemic this used to be actually decent. But never a good deal.
