Derik,I was charged 30 cents for a large drink. I was told they ran out of regular size fountain drink cups. I eat lunch here everyday for the last week. Each time I was just given the large cup at the regular cup price. 30 cents isn't much but it's the principle of the matter. Customers should be informed of the situation and why they will be charged more. Service was great,food was great otherwise.
I ordered on their website and it was incredibly fast, I drove over when the website said my food was ready. The online order pick up area is right by the front door, it’s super quick and easy to just run in and grab.But that crazy crowded parking lot gets zero stars.
Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. Good prices.Sub style sandwich quality is as bad as any other Jimmy John"s. I went there just because my sister had not gone to a Jimmy John's and wanted to try their sandwiches. I told her she was going to regret it. At the end of the lunch, she said, "I should have listened to you."I guess if you like Subways, you might like them too. Not my kind of sandwich.

I order from here on a pretty regular basis and this is now the 2nd time I have paid for something I did not receive. This most recent delivery I am not able to get a refund since I paid cash.
