When walking into jersey Mike I always feel welcome. Ready to take my order promptly. Love how my food is freshly prepared! I will go out of my way to come to this location. Friendly and good service.
I called in my order so I wouldn't have to wait, however I ended up waiting another 20min and being treated poorly by a female manager. When I arrived to pick up my sub, it was the incorrect sandwich. Since it was a cheese steak, I had to wait for the sandwich to be cooked (which I was trying to avoid by ordering online). While waiting for my sandwich to be cooked, it appeared that a number of other orders were incorrect. In the meantime, the manager on duty (a female) was rude as I tried to explain to her the situation. She wasn't very kind in her response, nor did she even offer a free drink to compensate for their mistake, and my having to wait because of their mistake. I was surprised by her brash attitude, so before leaving the store, I said I would like to give her feedback on her inability to receive feedback. I did this all very calmly and kindly and she said, \\\"I have a lot of new people.\\\" Sadly, I don't plan on coming back to this location. You guys have got to do better!
My favorite, no wantabe subs here. The three stores I've visited were clean and service was on time. I recently ordered sandwiches during lunchtime and the store set the pickup time as 12:14. The sandwiches were ready when I walked in the door at 12:14 as promised.
It's a constant issue with waiting too long for your order at this location. The foods generally good. But be sure you have over an hour for lunch.
Great food but when you order with the App the food is never ready at promised time.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Ordered online, waited in the store for 35 minutes after my pickup time (1 hour after ordering), asked to have my order canceled and left as they hadn't even begun making it yet. I think I saw 4-5 total pick up orders be completed in the 35 minutes I was there. I like Jersey Mike's subs, but won't go to this location again.
