Ordered all hot sandwiches they were delicious. Customer service was great the staff was efficient & helpful.

Not up to the high standard of "other" Jersey Mike's I've eaten at. Sorry, but this location is below par, and for the price I pay I expect that high quality that brings me into your door. I'll drive down 130 @ 45 to that one......they make better subs and have it going on over there.

Very caring when preparing my order. I am gluten sensitive and also have a pork allergy. It was an online order. I put a memo to please do not cook on the same Grill as beef or pork items due to an allergy and that it needs to be #GlutenFree.When I arrive to pick up my order the manager explained to me that they cleaned the grilled so they could cook my meat separate. I always appreciate when a restaurant is respectful of food allergy. I know it should be their job but some places don't take the extra time.The sandwich was soooooo good. Nice kickback. ? We had horrible service on Sunday evening! We placed an order to go inside and we were the only ones in there the entire time. It took for 3 14 year old 45 minutes to make 3 sandwiches! I don't know what they were doing, but horrible service. They just took their time and went back and forth from the back talking. WE WERE THE ONLY ORDER THEY HAD TO MAKE! On top of that the order was wrong!!!!!!I will never visit that location again. Get your team trained properly! You don't want to lose business especially during this crazy time!
Thanks employee Sasha for your lack of empathy on our call regarding our order. You made the mistakes better by showing you care nothing at all about customers or your job. We got two subs and paid over $40 for them since the rest of our order was missing. What a deal. And your attitude was really the icing on the cake. Customer service is really your strong point!
