Well I have been a fan of Jersey Mike's for a long time I have been to many jersey Mike locations here in Texas. This was the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. First of all no one was wearing a hairnet, hair sticking out of hats or no hats at all. The Manager decided noon on a Sunday was a good time to do paperwork ok in the dining room. Then I guess because of the lack of experience in store slowly made his way to the order here side of the counter to take our order. Then he half listened to any interaction we were trying to have with him because my sister has never been to any Jersey Mike's. She asked for recommendations and I swooped in with some ideas. I ordered the 8 sub in a tub and she ordered an 11. Now mind you he stops mid cutting to call employees from the back of the store to give them directions and abandoned our order to do so... I am guessing no one else is allowed to cut meat so two employees are and my sister and I are waiting for him to complete his task .. then he decides to com back to the counter to complete slicing the meat and cheeses. I have already paid for my meals. Tipped the staff... I am feeling like I should have asked for my tip back .. but the Young Man behind the register recognized my frustrations and tried his best to make it easier to get out the door at that point. However it seemed every other person working there were just there. It was fairly dead but the floor was dirty and I had to request toppings multiple times met with a huh. Never again will I patron this location I will drive further to avoid this whole situation again.
Great sandwiches!! They definitely could be a little faster and a little cheaper. The quality and taste kind of makes up for it. If the lobby is full, forget about it. You're going to wait at least 30 minutes for a sandwich. Again, the quality is awesome but that's just too long for me to wait for a sandwich. I pick off peak times to order online and just pick up without waiting. Still one of my favorite places to eat a sandwich.
Good but the new employees have to learn how to wrap sandwiches better
I went in for a sandwich and instead of it being prepared in the normal time frame that it does at other locations, the employees staffed tonight decided this was the time to joke and play/run around all while taking turns and multiple breaks for their side conversations. It was as if they didn’t care that I was standing there watching them literally pause my food to finish their conversation and I was on their time. I also had to repeat myself multiple times for what I wanted and was almost over charged because the girl that rang me up wouldn’t pay attention long enough to hear my answers to her questions. I almost always leave a generous tip but this is probably the last night I’ll visit here. It isn’t the first time I’ve received poor customer service from this location but it’s definitely the last.
Always friendly and quick. And if course the sandwiches are oh so good!

Bread found hate been softer but other than that it was good. Especially how late it was when we picked up our order.
