I’m a little stressed as I’m waiting on discount tire to replace a flat.I came to Jason’s deli for lunch and to pass time. I’ve never been here. It was a little hard to make a choice as everything looks good!!The cashier was patient and even handed me a paper menu to help me read it closer. I tried the California club with fruit. It’s delicious!The experience helped thank you for your patience and kindness. I feel welcomed as a customer and I’ll be back!
When I walked in the place looked nasty, but, I wanted a salad. The staff was very "mmeh". I really didn't think much about it. We ordered our salads...there was a worker named "liberty" who was standing behind the counter and said, and i quote " I'm not making any more salads....i have made 12 salads today, im not making anymore" then walked over to the salad bar and pretended to wipe it down while either on the phone or listening music......about 20 minutes and 8 orders later still no salad. The rest of the staff remained clueless about our order. The manager knew we weren't happy, but never asked what was wrong. Once they finally figured out they had not made our order they asked what dressing we wanted. I asked for ranch. They yelled over to "Liberty" to make my dressing, she had gloves on, yet dug in her ear then made my dressing.....eew. This by far was the WORST experience. Just thought you all needed to know...terrible.
I ordered a Bigger Better BLT and they gave it to me with the egg busted. The whole sandwich was falling apart and soggy. It seemed like it was just thrown together without thought. My hands shouldn’t have to look like this just from holding the sandwich. The food itself however, was cooked and tasted good when I couldmanage to eat it. So that was the high light of this meal. I visit this location frequently and usually it’s very good. But today was completely different than the usual sadly.
Please have the staff be way more generous with the toppings for the salad bar. My container was completely full of lettuce with literally only 2 pieces of each topping I chose. After 6 bites the only thing left was lettuce. I choose this place because of the vast variety of toppings and I like a large portion of specific toppings. If I just wanted a bowl of lettuce I would have gone to my refrigerator instead of ordering through Uber eats. It was a complete waste of money. After adding fees and taxes and tip, I basically just got a bowl of lettuce. I am super extremely disappointed. Unfortunately I was unable to get my money back through Uber eats. So needless to say I will not be ordering through Uber eats anymore when I want a salad.
Items omitted from online/pick up order....once again. This time, one of us was deprived of half of a dinner because items were omitted. There's no sense in calling the restaurant as we are not going to make the trip back to the store after arriving home, which is a few miles away. For reference, a Manager's Special was ordered. The fruit cup and chips were omitted in addition to another salad bar item. Because this has happened on a few occasions now, it seems there should be more attention to order accuracy.
Go there for the salad bar. It's not all you can eat, one time thru only. Had small plates before for muffins ( not anymore) you get to put them on top of your salad. Yuk. No fruit or pudding and removed some toppings. Raised there prices and down sized their service. Used to be one of my favorites but we won't be back. The price just isn't worth it anymore.
Fast, clean and atmosphere was positive. I hope next time I go is the same because I love Jason's Deli and it's not always that experience

The building was freezing inside, it's difficult to tell where you're supposed to line up to check out, and the grapes on the salad still had stems on them. Like, who wants to pick stems out of their food/mouth?
Great option for healthy food. Epic salad bar. Vegetable soup with some green leafy vegetable is really good. Everything I ordered was fresh and well made.
