Terrible owners. I ordered through the app may 10th and arrived at this store about 5 minutes later to pick up my food. When I arrived the location was closed but I still got charged for my order. I've attempted countless times to get a refund for the order I have never received and now almost 3 weeks later I've heard absolutely nothing from the management or owner of the store for my refund. I will have to dispute the charge and I will NEVER return to this poorly operated jack in the box. Be weary cause apparently the app isn't intelligent enough to tell you a restaurant location is closed and will still take your money. Adding additional info for the restaurant telling me to use their contact option.I have already attempted this several times with no resppnses.
Fast pace however my food was a little cool. My hashbrown was really greasy so I won't make this mistake ever again
I've lived within a mile of this jack for 15 years.The last 6 or so, this has been the worst location you could possibly go to.Idk if it's the franchisee or management, but this place honestly deserves 0 stars.They are more worried with keeping their service timer down than actually servicing their customers. Making 5-6 people wait to order, while only 2 people wait post order.
Not as good as it was in college I guess. My food was warm but not hot. And due to supply issues they are out of some items can't hold that against them it's everywhere but justFYI if you looking for something it may or may not be available.
This location is in a great neighborhood, yet every time I come here the people are somber, closed at 6:55 am, out of most things. Come on now! Get it together!!
Unacceptable behavior, those employees do not need a job if they can't just do what they're supposed to do. Literally a car pulled out with food and I was next in line there were 4 or 5 workers in there and they left out like they can't do a job. Not that hard to say something.
Their great when fresh. Forgets items often. One of my go to places for egg rolls lol.
Everyone here is friendly as all can be. Seriously great people who care about the happiness of their customers. I got stuck behind an abnormally long take out line and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They all deserve 15 an hour minimum. Sausage egg and cheese, large diet dr pepper represent!
No taco sauce for several days, no coke or other soft drinks on another, few days later their system is malfunctioning and they close. Trash.
No open dining room, no taco sauce, no shakes and did not prepare my order as requested, service staff was very indignant to my requests and NO thank you, total fail all around
